I understand that this news might be disappointing for many of you who have been relying on our warm-up service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would like to clarify and explain the reasons behind this decision and our next steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"What-is-email-warm-up\">What is email warm-up?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For those unfamiliar with our warm-up feature, I would like to explain what it is and how the decision will impact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Email warm-up is gradually increasing the number of emails you send over a while to build trust with email service providers (ESPs) like Google. We take this notice very seriously and want to ensure that we fully comply with Google\u2019s terms of service.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the terms and conditions is important to ensure uninterrupted access to Google\u2019s API, which we want to provide for your best experience (accurate reply tracking and hassle-free sending).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/TlGBFmxO5O4p4X-_EyQ4WhZvpC85a05pE-Og8OV0rqVk2LcrugTC83sUxALgPDMHdeok8_vebW5GW06yBdm8ZTep21bfXjHJktwQk7A2_3L-e8vrnmpGG6537yo15yH_ngLPx-YEqYJQBv6VShfMDXI\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, we have decided to shut down our warm-up service for Google accounts immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: The warm-up would continue to work as usual for other ESPs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"What-should-you-do-next\">What should you do next?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend that the Google account users take the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Remove your Saleshandy warm-up from any Google email accounts.<\/li><li>You can meanwhile opt for other ESP supported by Saleshandy.<\/li><li>Use email ramp to improve the sending frequency of your new email accounts.<\/li><li>Follow deliverability practices, setting up your records along with custom tracking domains.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will contact all our Google account users individually to provide further information and support in making the transition smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span id=\"We-are-planning-alternativesnbsp\">We are planning alternatives&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although this has come as a setback to our users and us, we won&#8217;t stop supporting you or let your user experience get compromised.
