So, it\u2019s best to prioritize other ways to measure your campaigns&#8217; effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Not all cold emails with tracking enabled trigger the warning message. Some email accounts that are 4 or 5 months old and have good sender reputations <strong>did not trigger this warning<\/strong> when we ran test campaigns.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few other things you should start following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Make your cold emails <strong>text-only<\/strong>. Avoid using HTML, images, or rich formatting.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Start <strong>focusing on more direct outcomes<\/strong>, such as replies, booked meetings, or other custom metrics that align with your goals.<\/li><li>Regularly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saleshandy.com\/email-warm-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">warm up<\/a> your email accounts. We recommend it once every 3 months.<\/li><li>Concentrate on reaching out to segmented audiences from your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saleshandy.com\/blog\/ideal-customer-profile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ideal customer profile<\/a> (ICP) rather than blasting your emails to all.<\/li><li><strong>Personalize and create relevant email copies<\/strong> to send to your prospects.
