What makes it exceptional is the ease with which you can edit your contact list. How can you achieve that? Simply click Contacts in the Navigation Pane, and then double-click the name of the name of the person whose details needs to be edited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outlook will take you the same screen you used to create the distribution list. Select the Address Book if the contact you want to add is in your address book. But, if you are going to add a new contact, select New Email Contact.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if you want to do a lot of edits on your distributed list, it would be prudent to delete the existing list and create a new list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Howtosendan\"><span id=\"How-to-send-an-email-to-your-new-distributed-list\">How to send an email to your new distributed list<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that you have created your distributed list, you can easily use it to send an email to your list. The new list will show on your contact list.
