Important Note: Never use an email finder tool that asks you to log in with your LinkedIn credentials. LinkedIn has very strict rules around giving third-party tools access to LinkedIn profiles to automate activities and scrape data on LinkedIn.

PS: All the tools that I have mentioned in this blog only ask you to log in via email credentials, and no LinkedIn access is required.

In-Depth Review of 14 LinkedIn Email Finder Tools

1. Saleshandy Connect

G2 Review: 4.6/5⭐

Best for: Finding emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn

Download Saleshandy’s Chrome Extension

Saleshandy Connect is the #1 Chrome extension to extract email and phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles, in just one click.

Honestly, it’s the go-to tool for me and my sales team when it comes to finding email IDs from LinkedIn.

It REALLY excels at it, and it’s super easy to use.

Here’s how simple it is:

Step 1 » Go to your prospect’s LinkedIn profile
Step 2 » Click on the Saleshandy extension
Step 3 » Copy the email — or if you’re running a cold email campaign, add it directly to your sequence and automate your outreach

What do I like about Saleshandy Connect?

I really appreciate the fact that Saleshandy’s built in an email verifier that validates emails in real-time and shows only emails that have a 98% + email deliverability rate.

This helps me add bounce-free emails to my list without worrying about tanking the deliverability rate 😅

Another reason I love using Saleshandy for email finding from LinkedIn is that I can find, verify, and send cold emails right from the same tool.

(Yes! I don’t need to switch and pay for 2–3 different tools.)

It literally saves me time and money.

Moreover, in my test, I found accurate emails for 95 profiles out of 100, which is actually a great accuracy rate.

PS: Saleshandy Connect is part of Saleshandy’s end-to-end cold emailing platform.

That means you can use the LinkedIn Chrome extension to find emails for free, but you can also use the B2B database (with over 700 million contacts) to find email addresses associated with LinkedIn profiles.

Pros of Saleshandy Connect

  • Many users say the support team is helpful
  • The interface is clean and easy to use
  • It has an in built email verifier with more than 98 percent accuracy
  • You can connect it with CRMs like Zapier and Salesforce
  • It allows you to extract bulk emails directly from LinkedIn

Cons of Saleshandy Connect

  • It gives only 5 free credits for testing the tool

Pricing of Saleshandy Connect

Saleshandy Connect offers 5 free credits for testing the tool.

But if you upgrade to Saleshandy’s paid plan (starting at $24/month, billed annually).

In the paid plans, you’ll get additional features like the B2B Lead Finder, AI-powered sequence creator, Email Verifier, personalization options, and advanced deliverability tools.

What Users Have to Say?

“Saleshandy has a Chrome extension to find emails of LinkedIn profiles. We even generate leads from LinkedIn using their Chrome extension and add the leads directly to the outreach sequence.”

2. Apollo.io

G2 Review: 4.7/5⭐

Best for: Sales teams, recruiters, and marketers who want detailed prospect data and intent signals right from LinkedIn.

Download Apollo’s LinkedIn Email Extension

Another top LinkedIn email finder on my list is Apollo.

I’ve been using it off and on for so long, I honestly can’t even remember when I started.

With it, you can find both the email address and phone number of your prospects directly from their LinkedIn profile.

What do I like about Apollo.io?

Apollo’s beauty lies in that it gives you a lot of extra information about your prospects.

Along with the email, it also shows you the company they work at, recent activity, any related news, and even similar companies worth exploring.

I particularly love its “Compatibility Check” feature.

Based on the intent signals you set, Apollo assigns a score right inside the extension, so when you’re viewing someone’s LinkedIn profile, you immediately know how likely they are to convert.

Like this 👇🏼

I always use this feature before importing any prospect into my list.

It helps me focus only on people who are more likely to respond, saving time and effort from the start.

It’s also super useful for hiring managers.

With Apollo’s “Hiring Signals,” they can quickly spot candidates who are more likely to be open to new roles and focus only on those.

That said, I’ve also seen a recurring issue just like many other Apollo users have pointed out on G2.

Sometimes, it shows email addresses as “valid,” but they end up being invalid when I actually send the emails to them.

The reason?

Apollo does not have a built-in email verifier, nor does it verify emails in real time.

Hence, if you want to be sure your emails won’t bounce, you’ll need to invest in a third-party email verification tool.

Pros of Apollo.io

  • You can enrich LinkedIn leads with both contact and company details
  • It offers advanced integrations with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and ATS platforms
  • The Chrome extension also shows phone numbers and other useful info

Cons of Apollo.io

  • Sometimes the data is outdated
  • The interface can feel overwhelming for new users

Pricing of Apollo.io

Apollo has a free forever plan that includes 50 credits per year.

It’s paid plan starts at $39/month for 200 credits (billed annually).

PS: You’ll be charged 1 credit for every verified email and 1 credit for each verified phone number.
Apollo can feel a bit pricier, especially for early-stage startups.

What Users Have to Say?

“I also use the Chrome extension a lot while browsing LinkedIn, which makes it easy to add contacts to lists.”

3. ContactOut

G2 Review: 4.5/5⭐

Best for: Recruiters and outreach teams who need verified emails and want help writing quick ready to send messages right from LinkedIn.

Download ContactOut’s LinkedIn Email Extension

ContactOut helps you find both personal and business email addresses from LinkedIn.

I used this extension about two years ago, but I stopped — not because the data was bad, but because ContactOut is a standalone data tool, and honestly, moving data to another platform via integrations was just extra work.

That said, when I signed up again recently while writing this blog, I was actually impressed with some of the new features they’ve added.

What do I like about ContactOut?

One feature that stood out to me was the “Personalized Message” generator built into the LinkedIn email finder extension.

Here’s how it works:

  • Click on the “AI Write Personalized Message” button in the extension
  • A dropdown appears, letting you choose the type of message, like a recruitment pitch, a sales message, or even a custom prompt.
  • Once you pick a type, the tool generates a few message options right there

And honestly? The quality of those messages is pretty good.

This feature is super useful because you can reach out to a prospect while you’re still on their LinkedIn profile.

PS: ContactOut has also added an Email Campaign feature recently, and it’s available in all pricing plans. However, the campaign functionality is still very basic.

Pros of ContactOut

  • You can do bulk email and contact lookup
  • You get a variety of data export options
  • It has an in built email verifier
  • You get data and Gmail enrichment services
  • Integrates with ATS and CRMs

Cons of ContactOut

  • It offers limited CRM integrations
  • Pricing plans are not transparent

Pricing of ContactOut

ContactOut has a free forever plan that gives you up to 5 emails, 5 phone numbers, and 5 exports per day.

Its entry-level paid plan starts at $49/month, which includes unlimited emails and 300 exports per month.

Sounds great, right?

Well, here’s the catch.

While ContactOut does advertise “unlimited” credits, several users on G2 mentioned that the pricing isn’t very clear. The so-called unlimited plan is actually capped at around 2,000 credits under their fair data usage policy.

In comparison, other LinkedIn email finder tools offer 10,000+ credits for the same price.

So yeah, my friend, before you buy the tool, make sure you talk to their team and get full clarity on the credit limits and usage caps.

What Users Have to Say?

“Its main feature is that it gives the proper email of the searching person with their name, and it provides the person’s designation and position in the company.”

4. Skrapp.io

G2 Review: 4.2/5⭐

Best for: People who use LinkedIn’s premium tools like Sales Navigator or Recruiter and want a simple way to find and validate emails in real time.

Download Skrapp’s Chrome Extension

Another LinkedIn email finder on my list is Skrapp.io.

It is very much similar to ContactOut, but with one big difference — Skrapp’s extension doesn’t just work on regular LinkedIn. It also works on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter.

So, if you use LinkedIn’s premium features and want to extract emails from those platforms, Skrapp can be a solid choice.

What do I like about Skrapp?

It’s pretty simple to use.
You just click on the extension, and it reveals the email address along with some basic details.

However, it doesn’t show phone numbers, which might be a drawback for some users.

One feature I do like is that Skrapp validates emails in real-time. Right next to the email, it tells you whether it’s valid or not, which honestly saves you from wasting time chasing bad emails.

That said, one thing that disappointed me is that you can’t directly export leads into your CRM from the extension. You’ll need to do that manually.

Pros of Skrapp

  • You are not charged for email credits labeled as Invalid or Unknown
  • Monthly credit rollover is available
  • It has a bulk email finder
  • API integration is available

Cons of Skrapp

  • You have to buy CRM integrations as add ons
  • The credits are very restricted

Pricing of Skrapp

Skrapp offers a free forever plan that gives you 50 email credits to start with.

Its entry-level paid plan starts at $37/month for 2 users and includes 1,000 email credits per month.

What Users Have to Say?

“Skrapp is clean, fast, and reliable. The Chrome extension is a huge time saver when pulling leads directly from LinkedIn, and the accuracy of verified emails is solid.”

5. Prospeo.io

G2 Review: 4.5/5⭐

Best for: Anyone who wants a simple LinkedIn extension to quickly get an email or phone number at an affordable price.

Download Prospeo’s Chrome Extension

Prospeo is the best free LinkedIn Chrome extension.

Because it gives you 75 free credits in its free plan.

You can use it to get both emails and phone numbers from LinkedIn.

Unlike some of the other tools I’ve listed, Prospeo doesn’t provide extra prospect details or supplementary information; it just focuses on delivering contact info.

What I Like About Prospeo?

One of my favorite things about Prospeo is how user-friendly and powerful it is for what it does.

When you click on the extension, you’ll see two options:

  • Find an email address
  • Find a phone number

Once you choose, it reveals the result. Simple.

It also shows the verification status for emails, marking them as valid, risky, or invalid, which helps me decide whether to add them to my list or skip them.

And honestly, its accuracy rate is pretty good.

If you’re looking for a straightforward LinkedIn extension that just gives you an email or phone number without extra features, Prospeo can be a great fit.

Pros of Prospeo

  • It is simple to use
  • Its extension works on LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Verifies emails in real time
  • Provides API access

Cons of Prospeo

  • It does not provide integration with any third party tool
  • The credits are not rolled over to the next month

Pricing of Prospeo

Prospeo offers a free forever plan that gives you 75 credits per month.

Its entry-level paid plan starts at $27/month (when billed annually) and includes 12,000 credits.

Here’s how the credits are used:

  • Email Finder by Name: 1 credit per verified email
  • Domain Search: 1 credit per search
  • Email Verification: 0.5 credit per verification
  • Mobile Finder (from LinkedIn): 10 credits per valid phone number

What Users Have to Say?

“I like that Prospeo has its own extension, and it is extremely easy to navigate the contact data when you are searching prospects via LinkedIn.”

6. GetProspect

G2 Review: 3.9/5⭐

Best for: Users who want a simple LinkedIn email finder with bulk search and CRM integration at an affordable starting price but don’t mind occasional slow or inaccurate results.

Download GetProspect’s LinkedIn Email Extension

GetProspect is another tool that works well for everyday use when you need to find emails on LinkedIn.

Personally, I found its interface clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

What I like about GetProspect?

It works like all the other LinkedIn email extractors by giving you the contact information and some basic details from the profile.

However, when I tested the tool, I wasn’t entirely satisfied.

Why?

I ran into quite a few bugs. For many prospects, it took just minutes to get a result, only to return “not found.” I spent a lot of time on emails that did not exist or could not be found.

That’s a lot of time wasted, which simply slowed me down!

That said, it’s still simple to use and does fetch emails from LinkedIn profiles, which makes it a decent contender among other tools in this list. (But not my top choice.)

Pros of GetProspect

  • The tool is integrated with cold emailing capabilities
  • You can do a bulk email search on LinkedIn
  • It offers CRM integration and contact list management

Cons of GetProspect

  • The extension is buggy and works very slow
  • Most of the emails that it found were either risky or undeliverable

Pricing of GetProspect

GetProspect offers a free forever plan that includes 600 valid emails and 1,200 email verification credits.

Its Starter plan begins at $34/month and offers:

  • 12,000 valid emails
  • 24,000 verifications
  • 60 phone numbers

What Users Have to Say?

“It can fetch almost everything from a prospect’s LinkedIn URL. His name, company name, his email ID, and more within one minute. The cost is also very affordable.”

7. Snov.io

G2 Review: 4.5/5⭐

Best for: Users who want a simple LinkedIn email finder with bulk search support and strong CRM integrations.

Download Snov’s LinkedIn Finder Extension

Snov’s Chrome extension allows you to get verified emails directly from LinkedIn profiles or filtered searches with one click.

You can use it for both single email lookups and bulk searches.

What do I like about Snov.io?
Snov’s email finder extension works a little differently from most tools.

When you click on the pop-up, it does not show the email address right away.

Instead, it asks you to save the contact to your email list.
Once you save it, the tool opens inside your Snov account, where you can see the email details.

Honestly, it did feel slightly indirect, but it keeps your leads organized and ready for campaigns inside the same platform.

Pros of Snov.io

  • It supports both individual and bulk email searches
  • AI powered B2B database
  • You can integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive, and 5,000 plus apps

Cons of Snov.io

  • The B2B database offers limited coverage
  • Credits don’t get rolled over to the next month

Pricing of Snov.io

Snov.io offers a free pricing plan, which gives you 50 free credits monthly.

And its paid plan starts at $39/mo, where you get 1,000 credits.

What Users Have to Say?

“The interface is intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get started, and the Chrome extension is very handy for prospecting directly from LinkedIn or websites.”

8. Lusha

G2 Review: 4.3/5⭐

Best for: Users who mainly need verified emails from LinkedIn and want flexible credit based pricing.

Download Lusha’s Chrome Extension

I’ve found Lusha to be a reliable tool for finding LinkedIn email addresses, especially when I’m on a tight budget.

Why?

Because you can use it to find emails from LinkedIn profile pages, search results, company pages, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Its pay-as-you-go pricing model is flexible, letting you scale your usage as needed.

What I Like About Lusha?

I like that I can use the extension on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Along with the email address, Lusha assigns a score like A or A+ to show the verification status.

It also offers bulk enrichment for Sales Navigator, allowing you to reveal up to 25 contacts at once.

Another thing I appreciate about Lusha is its extensive database, which covers everything from individual professionals to large enterprises.

Pros of Lusha

  • It gives you intent signals and filters
  • The extension is easy to use
  • Offers integration with many CRMs

Cons of Lusha

  • It doesn’t give data for less active LinkedIn users
  • Pricing is higher than some competitors

Pricing of Lusha

Lusha offers a free forever plan with 40 credits per month.

Its Pro plan starts at $22.45/month (billed annually) and includes 3,000 credits per year.

Credit usage:

  • Reveal a contact’s email: 1 credit
  • Reveal a contact’s phone number: 5 credits

What Users Have to Say?

“Lusha helps me find out the contact details of the decision makers right from their LinkedIn profiles with its Chrome extension.”

9. Wiza

G2 Review: 4.5/5⭐

Best for: Sales teams and recruiters who want always up to date contact info, plus a history feature to avoid duplicate outreach and wasted credits.

Download Wiza’s LinkedIn Email Finder

Wiza is a popular B2B contact information provider.

With it, you can view real-time verified contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers.

What do I like about Wiza?

What I really appreciate about Wiza is its History feature, which is its extension.

It lets me see the previous contact history, so I know exactly how many prospects I’ve already reached out to.

This way, I don’t waste credits chasing people I’ve already connected with, and I can avoid duplicate outreach altogether.

Pros of Wiza

  • It has a free email finder and verifier
  • You can extract emails from LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • It gives seamless bulk email finding and exporting
  • You get team collaboration tools

Cons of Wiza

  • The pricing plan is expensive
  • Limited email credits

Pricing of Wiza

Wiza offers a free forever plan that includes 20 emails and 5 phone numbers per month.

Its entry plan starts at $83/month per user and includes:

  • Unlimited emails
  • $0.35 per phone number
  • 30,000 exports per year

What Users Have to Say?

“I started using it to find the email addresses of users I connected with on LinkedIn.”

10. Kaspr

G2 Review: 4.4/5⭐

Best for: Best for sales and recruitment teams who want instant LinkedIn contact details and bulk enrichment without leaving their workflow.

Download Kaspr’s LinkedIn Email Extension

The next reliable LinkedIn email finder on my list is Kaspr.

It works right inside LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite, giving you real-time access to phone numbers, email addresses, and company details without ever leaving the page.

What I like about Kaspr?

One thing I really like about Kaspr is its bulk enrichment feature. You can update incomplete data in spreadsheets or directly from LinkedIn, which is a huge time-saver when running large-volume campaigns.

Also, setting up my account was a breeze. I was able to get started in minutes without any confusing steps.

Pros of Kaspr

  • It offers extensive CRM and outreach tool integrations
  • You can export your data in various formats
  • With it, you can make team collaboration more seamless
  • Unused credits are rolled over to the next month

Cons of Kaspr

  • Occasionally, there are some bugs in the extension
  • The pricing plans are expensive for small teams

Pricing of Kaspr

Kaspr offers a Free Forever plan at $0/month per user. It includes:

  • 15 B2B email credits
  • 5 phone credits
  • 5 direct email credits

Its Basic plan starts at $49/month per user and includes:

  • Unlimited B2B email credits
  • 1,200 phone credits
  • 60 direct email credits

What Users Have to Say?

“I like that it works right as a LinkedIn extension. It pops up on the side of my screen while I’m looking for new leads, which makes things feel super easy and natural.”

11. LeadLeaper

G2 Review: 4.5/5⭐

Best for: Sales teams and recruiters who want quick email access from LinkedIn, along with engagement history to avoid duplicate outreach.

Download LeadLeaper’s Chrome Extension

LeadLeaper is also a super reliable LinkedIn email finder.

You can grab emails from any LinkedIn profile with one click, and even pull emails from multiple profiles in one go.

What do I like about LeadLeaper?

Well, it works like most LinkedIn email finders, but what I really like is the engagement history feature.

It lets me see if I’ve already reached out to someone through an email, message, or reply. I can even add little notes to remind myself of important details, so I’m not starting from scratch every time.

Pros of LeadLeaper

  • Finds emails in real time
  • Offers extensive CRM integrations
  • Provides advanced lead list management
  • Includes solid activity analytics

Cons of LeadLeaper

  • You don’t get phone numbers with the tool
  • Sometimes users have found inaccurate data
  • The interface is not intuitive

Pricing of LeadLeaper

LeadLeaper offers a Free forever plan that gives you 200 email credits.

PS: It’s basic plan starts at $39/month and includes 3,000 email credits.

What Users Have to Say?

“For me, the best part of using this software is its data grabbing through LinkedIn.”

12. SalesQL

G2 Review: 4.6/5⭐

Best for: People who want a reliable LinkedIn email finder that also gives extra details like phone numbers, work history, and social profiles in a few seconds.

Download SalesQL’s Chrome Extension

SalesQL is a handy Chrome and Microsoft Edge extension that makes LinkedIn prospecting much easier.

With it, you can find more than just an email address. It gives you phone numbers, past work experience, and even social media profiles. This extra detail can really help you personalize your outreach.

What do I like about SalesQL?

I really like how quick it is. SalesQL pulls up the details in seconds, so you’re not stuck waiting around and explaining to your boss why nothing’s on your screen. 😅

Well, jokes apart, I would like to highlight that SalesQL doesn’t have its own database. But its LinkedIn extension still gives you reliable, verified email addresses.

Pros of SalesQL

  • It has strong data enrichment capabilities
  • You can also use the bulk email lookup feature for LinkedIn contacts
  • You can export leads into a CSV file and CRM
  • Verified business and personal emails

Cons of SalesQL

  • The free plan has very limited trial credits
  • Pricing plans are expensive and not suitable for small scale companies

Pricing of SalesQL

SalesQL offers three pricing tiers. Its Basic plan starts at $49 per month and includes 3,000 credits.

What Users Have to Say?

“SalesQL is a tool for finding contacts and building databases efficiently. From LinkedIn profiles it provides you with updated and reliable information, ensuring that you work with accurate data.”

13. AnyMail Finder

G2 Review: 3.4/5⭐

Best for: Teams that value accurate email verification and don’t mind a bit of manual effort to find addresses.

Download AnyMail Finder’s Chrome Extension

The last LinkedIn email finder tool on my list is AnyMail Finder.

You can set it on your browser and access it from a small icon (will be on the top right side of your screen when you’re on LinkedIn).

What do I like about AnyMail Finder?

Honestly, there’s nothing exceptional about the tool or worth highlighting. It does help you find email addresses from a LinkedIn profile, but not like the other tools on my list.

Even when you’re on your prospect’s LinkedIn profile, you have to manually enter the company name and the prospect’s name before it gives you the email address.

Yes, that’s the manual grind you want to avoid in the first place, and honestly, at the price this tool comes at, I’d rather invest in a better one.

That said, its email verification is much more accurate, but this limitation can’t be ignored.

Pros of AnyMail Finder

  • It is easy to use
  • The email accuracy rate is high
  • You can do an email search in bulk

Cons of AnyMail Finder

  • It offers limited integration capabilities when compared to competitors
  • The remaining credits are not rolled on to the next month

Pricing of AnyMail Finder

AnyMail Finder offers two types of plans — Regular and Enterprise.

  • Regular Plan: $9/month for 600 credits per year
  • Enterprise Plan: Pay-as-you-go pricing based on your usage

What Users Have to Say?

“I am able to use Anymail Finder to find email addresses of contacts within our target audience, my company would like to cold outreach to.”

14. Mailmeteor

G2 Review: 4/5⭐

Best for: If you want a free and easy tool to find emails from LinkedIn without using a Chrome extension.

Use Mailmeteor’s free LinkedIn email finder

Mailmeteor allows you to find emails from a LinkedIn profile for free.

And honestly, for a free tool, it performs surprisingly well.

When I tested it across different profiles, many of the emails were accurate.

A few were outdated, which is normal for any free finder that relies on public data sources.

What do I like about Mailmeteor?
Unlike most tools on this list, it does not offer a one-click email finder extension for LinkedIn.

You need to copy the LinkedIn profile URL, paste it into the Mailmeteor email finder box, and click on “find email”.

Within one or two minutes, it extracts the email address from the LinkedIn profile, shows the verification status like valid or risky, and even gives you the person’s job title, company, and full name.

Pros of Mailmeteor

  • High accuracy for business email IDs
  • Complies with GDPR
  • Easy to use

Cons of Mailmeteor

  • Lacks bulk email lookups
  • Sometimes gives inaccurate emails
  • Does not provide phone numbers

Pricing of Mailmeteor

Mailmeteor’s LinkedIn email finder is free to use, but if you want access to its other features, you can explore its paid plans.

What Users Have to Say?

“Does what I need at a fair price. Love it.”
