In this blog, I’ve reviewed the top tools in 2025, including Saleshandy, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Lusha, ContactOut, GetProspect, and more.
You’ll get:
- Honest pros and cons of each tool
- Pricing breakdowns for budget-friendly decisions
- Best-for recommendations so you can pick the right tool without wasting time
Just like you, I’ve wasted time hunting down email addresses using Chrome extensions and databases that gave:
- Generic emails like info@, contact@, etc.
- Outdated or inaccurate emails that bounced.
And as someone who runs cold outreach campaigns regularly, I needed a reliable tool to find verified and accurate email addresses fast.
But finding the best email finder tools is a process of trial and error.
With so many tools popping up in search results, reviews, and ads, it’s tough to know which ones are actually worth your time (and money) and will give you accurate and up-to-date email addresses.
Because the last thing you want is to spend time and money on emails that are outdated or just bounce back.

In-depth Review of 12 Best Email Finder Tools
1. Saleshandy Lead Finder
G2 Review: 4.6/5⭐
Best for: People who want to find accurate B2B email addresses with high deliverability quickly.
Saleshandy’s B2B Lead Finder is the best email finder tool on the market.
And for all the right reasons.
Here are 3 reasons why it’s my #1 pick:
- It found 95 valid emails out of 100 — the highest success rate among all the tools I tested. (Seriously impressive!)
- It’s super affordable, with pricing starting at just $24 for 1000 credits per month.
- I can find emails and launch cold email campaigns all from the same platform.
What I Love About the Tool?
Saleshandy is a great all-around tool for finding email addresses. You can use its LinkedIn Chrome extension or tap into its own B2B database, which has 700+ million profiles and 60+ million companies.
The best part? It verifies emails in real-time, and it won’t show or charge you for contacts that aren’t available.
That means you’ll get A-grade email addresses with a 95%+ deliverability rate.

When I first signed up on the platform, I was really impressed with its interface.
I honestly found it intuitive and easy to navigate.
(There was no moment like, Oh, how do I use this or What is the use of this feature)
Now, to find emails, all you have to do is
- Go to the Lead Finder icon
- Apply your preferred filters
And within seconds, you get the emails and other relevant details for your prospects.
Honestly, it has become my go-to tool for end-to-end cold email outreach.
Because after finding valid emails, I can directly add them to my cold email sequence.
So basically, I can find, verify, and send emails all from the same platforms!
(without wasting time juggling between 3 different tools and paying for them.)
Saleshandy’s Lead Finder’s Features
- B2B Database: It has a massive and up-to-date B2B database with over 700 million profiles and 60 million companies. Plus, it comes with advanced search filters that let you find emails based on filters like job roles, full names, location, and more.
- Bulk Email Search: You can extract up to 10,000 emails at once.
- AI Search: With just one simple text prompt (just like how you chat with ChatGPT), it finds the right prospects and their verified emails.
- LinkedIn Chrome Extension: You can find anyone’s email address from their LinkedIn profile.
- Built-in Email Verifier: It has a solid built-in email verifier that has a 95%+ accuracy rate.
Pros
- Unused credits rollover.
- Free LinkedIn Chrome extension.
- It offers native integrations with popular CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho & Pipedrive.
- Customer support is quick.
Cons
- You get only 5 free credits
Pricing
Saleshandy gives you 5 free credits to test its Lead Finder. Its paid plan starts at just $24/month, which includes 1000 email-finding credits.
And right from the base plan, you’ll get access to all its primary features, like you can get both personal and work emails, real-time email verification, and many more.
What Are the Users Saying?
“The new Lead Finder tool has an easy-to-use interface and wide coverage. Data, including email, phone, and social accounts, is on almost all leads.”
2. Apollo.io
G2 Review: 4.7/5⭐
Best for: Find targeted B2B emails fast with Apollo’s huge database and advanced search filters.
The next email finder on my list is Apollo.
You can find email addresses using its B2B database of 210M+ contacts and a Chrome Extension that works on LinkedIn, websites, and CRMs like Salesforce.
What I Love About the Tool?
Before I started using Saleshandy, I used Apollo to find email addresses and build my email lists.
One thing I really liked is that it offers 65+ search filters, and the more filters you have, the more targeted and useful emails you can find.
I especially appreciated its advanced filters, like buying intent data and lead scoring, which alert you when someone is more likely to buy your product or service.
I’ve used this feature in multiple campaigns to instantly get the email addresses of high-intent prospects and reach out before my competitors could.

As I work in the SaaS industry, focusing on lead generation, I utilize Apollo’s Technographics filter to identify prospects using competitor tools and obtain their emails, enabling me to reach out with a compelling pitch.
That said, I found it overwhelming at the start as there are a lot of features, and it takes time to get used to them.
Moreover, the primary reason why I eventually stopped using Apollo was that it gave a lot of invalid email addresses.
Even today, while researching user reviews on G2 for this blog, many users still complained about invalid emails.
The problem is that Apollo doesn’t verify emails in real time. It relies on its own verification process when adding emails to its database.
Therefore, to maintain a high accuracy rate, you might need to invest in a third-party email verification tool.
Apollo’s Features
- B2B Database: A database of 210M contacts and 35M companies.
- Intent Data: With intent data and signals, you can find leads that are most likely interested or are actively looking for products or services similar to yours.
- AI Research: You can find the leads by giving a simple prompt.
- LinkedIn Chrome Extension: You can use its Chrome Extension to extract emails from LinkedIn.
Pros
- 7-tier email verification process
- Advanced native integration with Salesforce & HubSpot.
- 65+ search filters
Cons
- Pricing plans are expensive, especially for small businesses.
- Sometimes you may face glitches.
Pricing
Apollo has a free forever plan that gives you 50 email credits every month.
The entry pricing plan starts at $39 per user per month and gives 200 email credits every month, but you’ll need to buy mobile credits as an add-on.
If you think Apollo is expensive but want a tool with similar features, you can check out these Apollo Alternatives.
What Are the Users Saying?
“It’s super easy to find new leads, and the email finder works great. Plus, it saves me a ton of time!”
3. Hunter.io
G2 Review: 4.4/5⭐
Best for: Quickly finding and verifying professional email addresses with confidence scores.
Another email finder on my list is Hunter.io.
Just like most email-finding tools on my list, Hunter lets you find anyone’s email address using its email finder, domain search, or its B2B database, which has over 100 million email addresses.
What I Love About the Tool?
One feature I really like is Hunter’s confidence score. It shows how accurate and deliverable each email is, which makes it super easy to pick the safe emails for my campaigns.
Plus, I also appreciate how Hunter shows the web sources it used to find those emails. That kind of transparency is helpful.
When I signed up to test Hunter, setting up the account and finding emails were pretty easy.

But, unsurprisingly, I found the interface outdated and not very intuitive.
That said, one thing worth highlighting is Hunter’s company search feature.
It generally pulls generic business emails like hello@xyz.com, careers@abc.com, and so on. Hence, it’s not an ideal solution if you’re looking to find the emails of employees by adding the company URL.
Also, as I mentioned in my Hunter alternatives blog, while Hunter does offer a B2B database, it falls short compared to tools like Saleshandy and Apollo, mainly in terms of database size and advanced search filters.
Hunter’s Features
- B2B Database: It has a contact database of 107M email addresses.
- Email Finder: You can find the email addresses by entering the full name and domain of your prospects.
- Email Verifier: It has a built-in email verifier that validates emails through multiple levels.
- Browser Extension: With its extension, you can find emails from anywhere on the web.
- Signals: You can find ready-to-buy prospects with the intent data.
- Bulk Email Finder: You can find or verify large volumes of emails.
Pros
- Create signals to track information like job openings, new email addresses, etc.
- Integration with spreadsheets, CRMs, sales automation tools, etc.
- Bulk email verification is available.
Cons
- Customer support is only available through email.
- Its browser extension does not work on LinkedIn.
Pricing
Hunter offers a free forever plan, which gives you 50 credits/mo. Moreover, its paid plans start at $34/month (billed annually), giving you 1,000 credits every month.
What Are the Users Saying?
“Hunter keeps things simple. You can easily type a domain into the search bar, and it will scan and find associated email addresses. Copy an address with a quick click of a button (instead of having to highlight the text and copy).”
4. Skrapp.io
G2 Review: 4.2/5⭐
Best for: Finding and verifying email addresses quickly using names, domains, and bulk lists.
Skrapp.io is another all-in-one tool for finding emails.
It comes with a built-in email look-up tool, a B2B database, a Chrome extension, and even a LinkedIn Sales Navigator extension. Basically, it gives you everything you need to grab emails from anywhere on the web.
What I Love About the Tool?
I really liked its “email finder” feature. After signing up, I simply entered a name and company, and it provided the necessary emails.
On top of that, it also provides company info like revenue and employee count, which you can use to personalize your email copy.
Then there’s the “bulk email finder.” Just upload a CSV with names and domains, and you’ll get a ready-to-use cold email list in no time.

I also explored its database. While it offers global coverage, I found it a bit limited, and some email addresses were outdated.
That said, I appreciate Skrapp’s simple, intuitive interface and the fact that it has an API for finding emails, which is a nice bonus if you want to integrate it with other tools.
Skrapp’s Features
- LinkedIn Extension: It has a Chrome extension that works on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
- Lead Search: It has a B2B database of 20M+ companies and 150M+ professional profiles
- Email Verifier: You can verify your emails with its built-in email verifier.
Pros
- Native integration with Salesforce, Outreach, Pipedrive, and Zoho
- Advanced verification to ensure email deliverability
- Unused credit rollover
- Intuitive interface
Cons
- Sometimes, the platform is buggy.
- In the bulk email search, the invalid and catch-all emails are not removed.
Pricing
Skrapp has a free forever plan that gives you 50 email credits per month. Its paid plan starts at $37/month for 1,000 email credits when billed annually.
What Are the Users Saying?
“Skrapp.io makes finding verified business emails incredibly simple and efficient. It’s especially helpful for quickly enriching our lead database with high-quality contacts. The bulk email finder and domain search are also great features for account-based prospecting.”
5. GetProspect
G2 Review: 3.9/5⭐
Best for: Both finding email addresses and using them to get extra prospect details.
Let’s take a look at GetProspect, another popular email finder tool.
You can find emails with its standard email finder (where you can enter a name and domain) and an Email Domain Search.
What I Love About the Tool?
I love its “Reverse Email Lookup” feature. This is the feature you won’t find in other email finder tools.
With this feature, you can get more info about your prospect just by entering their email address, and GetProspect pulls up details you can use to personalize your outreach and improve conversions.

Now, circling back to its email finding capabilities, the range of features it provides is decent, just like the other email finding software.
However, the accuracy of the emails is what bugs me the most. Around 3 out of 10 emails that I searched for, whether in its database, email finder, or extension, were either invalid or outdated.
I found the data quality satisfactory and believe there is room for improvement.
GetProspect’s Features
- B2B Database: You can access a database of 230M emails and 26M companies.
- Email Finder: Just enter your prospect’s full name and domain, and it will get the email address for you.
- LinkedIn Email Finder: With this Chrome extension, you can fetch the emails of your prospects from LinkedIn.
Pros
- Integrations with popular CRMs & Spreadsheets.
- An email lookup feature is available.
- The free forever plan includes 50 free monthly credits.
Cons
- UI/UX is outdated.
- The customer support team is not responsive.
Pricing
GetProspect has a free plan that gives you 100 email credits per month. Its starter plan starts at $34/month and includes 1,000 valid email credits.
What Are the Users Saying?
“GetProspect is simple to use and focused on what it does best, building targeted lead lists and finding verified emails quickly.”
6. Snov.io
G2 Review: 4.6/5⭐
Best for: Finding email addresses and getting extra details about prospects using their social profiles and URLs.
Snov.io is one of the best email finder tools out there.
Now, what’s so unique about Snov?
Well, not only does it help you find emails, but you can also directly add them to its built-in CRM. Super handy, right?
Yes, it has a built-in CRM—something no other email finder on my list offers.
What I Love About the Tool?
I really like Snov’s “Social URL Search” — it’s pretty unique. Just drop in a social media profile, and it gives you the email associated with it.
How cool is that?
For example, if I have a LinkedIn URL of a prospect, I can enter it, and Snov will return their email address.

What I didn’t like about Snov.io is its pricing. On first glance, it looks cheaper than some tools, but the credit system feels a bit off.
Plus, if you want to use the LinkedIn Automation feature, that’s an extra cost on top.
Snov’s Features
- Lead Database: B2B database of 200M+ emails (the exact number is not disclosed).
- Email Finder Extension: With it, you can find anyone’s email address from anywhere on the web.
- Email Verifier: You can verify your emails in seconds with a 7-tier email verification process within seconds.
Pros
- Chrome email finder extension
- It has a free email lookup tool on its website
- Native integrations with Pipedrive and HubSpot
Cons
- Pricing plans are not cost-effective
- The email finder extension does not work on LinkedIn
Pricing
Snov.io offers a free trial with 50 credits, and its entry-level plan starts at $30/month for 1,000 credits when billed annually.
What Are the Users Saying?
“It helps to find the right person by providing multiple emails from a website. It’s good for email verification as well as lead generation.”
7. ContactOut
G2 Review: 4.5/5⭐
Best for: Finding email addresses and getting extra details about prospects through a B2B database and a Chrome Extension
ContactOut is another solid email finder tool.
You can find both professional and personal emails using ContactOut’s database and Chrome extension.
What I Love About the Tool?
One of my favorite features is the “AI Write Personalized Message.” It’s built right into the B2B search, so whenever you pull up a prospect, you also get this feature.
Based on the prospect’s data, it creates icebreakers in your preferred tone and style.
This feature saved a lot of my time while setting up cold email campaigns.
I also love the fact that it automates many of my repetitive tasks, like data enrichment.

Plus, getting started on ContactOut is super easy. Within seconds of logging in, I could find email addresses just by entering a few data points, like the prospect’s full name, job role, and company URL.
And the Chrome extension makes life even easier; it works seamlessly with LinkedIn, letting me grab verified emails and phone numbers with just one click.
ContactOut’s Features
- Search Portal: You can access its database that has over 800M+ profiles and 20+ search filters
- Chrome Extension: It enables you to find email addresses from anywhere on the internet
- API: You can integrate ContactOut data into your tool or workflow seamlessly.
Pros
- It provides accurate contact data
- ContactOut offers bulk export capabilities
- It integrates with popular CRMs and sales tools.
Cons
- Export credits are limited
- Some users on G2 have reported that they have faced occasional bugs.
Pricing
ContactOut has a free forever plan where you get:
- 5 emails per day
- 5 phone numbers per day
- 5 exports per day
Its paid plan starts at $25/month and gives you unlimited email credits, but only 300 exports per month.
That said, a G2 review pointed out that while it advertises unlimited email searches, under fair usage, it actually limits you to 2,000 credits per year, which is honestly pretty disappointing.
If ContactOut isn’t looking like a great option, you can also check out these ContactOut alternatives.
What Are the Users Saying?
“ContactOut helped me to find multiple emails, like personal email and working email. It also scrapes the mobile number at the sample time.”
8. Lusha

Best for: Finding emails quickly while getting smart AI-based prospect suggestions to build highly targeted lists.
Lusha is likely the best-known email finder tool.
Besides offering a B2B database, it also lets you source email addresses using a Chrome extension, internet data, and signals.

- AI recommendations
- AI Playlists
I especially loved the AI recommendations feature—it analyzed my ICP criteria and suggested prospects that were a perfect match.

9. Kaspr
G2 Review: 4.4/5⭐
Best for: Building clean email lists from a Database and LinkedIn contacts without extra tools.
Kaspr is another reliable email finder tool that you can trust.
It doesn’t have a lot of fancy features, but the two main things it offers are a B2B database and a LinkedIn extension.
What I Love About the Tool?
I like its “Email Verification” process. To make sure you get the most accurate results, it runs an advanced test that combines AI and human checks.
It also maintains phone number accuracy and even verifies against Do Not Call lists in several European countries, which is rare.

On top of that, I use its LinkedIn extension regularly, and I have to say it’s really smooth. I can easily find verified emails right on LinkedIn and import them directly into my list without any hassle.
Kaspr’s Features
- Accurate contact data: Kaspr gives you access to 500m+ Verified and compliant email addresses and phone numbers.

Best for: Finding individual emails without getting lost in complex features or databases.
AnyMail Finder is a handy tool that makes finding emails simple.
It offers a suite of powerful Email Finder tools that let you find emails by name, company, decision maker, or LinkedIn profile.
What I Love About the Tool?
It’s straightforward and easy to use, without any complex features. Unlike some other email finders on this list, it doesn’t offer a B2B database, but its email finder and Chrome extension do a solid job.
I tried the email finder myself, and it worked really well—you just enter the details, and it fetches the email for you.

I also tested the LinkedIn extension, but it has limited functionality, so I wouldn’t rely on that for email hunting. The email finder, however, is definitely worth a shot.
AnyMail Finders’ Features
- Email Finder: AnyMail Finder allows you to find emails by your prospect’s name, domain, company name, and decision maker.

12. Bonus: Prospeo (The Best Free Email Finder)

Best for: People who want a free email finder with a decent number of monthly searches.
Prospeo is the best free email finder tool.
Why?
Because it gives you 75 free email searches every month.
What I Love About the Tool?
It’s a simple yet advanced tool that lets you find email addresses just by entering a full name and company, or by using its Chrome extension.
The main challenge I faced with Prospeo is that some searches returned no results. Its email verification is also just average, so it’s not perfect.

That said, considering it gives 75 free searches per month, it’s a generous deal and definitely worth trying.
Prospeo’s Features
- Email Finder: It has an in-built email look-up tool for finding professional email addresses.
- Mobile Finder: You can find the mobile numbers of your prospects
