What I Love About the Tool?

Before I started using Saleshandy, I used Apollo to find email addresses and build my email lists.

Just like most email finding tools on my list, Hunter lets you find anyone’s email address using its email finder, domain search, or its B2B database, which has over 100 million email addresses.

What I Love About the Tool?

One feature I really like is Hunter’s confidence score. It shows how accurate and deliverable each email is, which makes it super easy to pick the safe emails for my campaigns.

Plus, I also appreciate how Hunter shows the web sources it used to find those emails. That kind of transparency is helpful.

When I signed up to test Hunter, setting up the account and finding emails were pretty easy.

But, unsurprisingly, I found the interface outdated and not very intuitive.

That said, one thing worth highlighting is Hunter’s company search feature.

It generally pulls generic business emails like hello@xyz.com, careers@abc.com, and so on. Hence, it’s not an ideal solution if you’re looking to find the emails of employees by adding the company URL.

I also explored its database. While it offers global coverage, I found it a bit limited, and some email addresses were outdated.

What I Love About the Tool?

 I love its “Reverse Email Lookup” feature. This is the feature you won’t find in other email finder tools.

With this feature, you can get more info about your prospect just by entering their email address, and GetProspect pulls up details you can use to personalize your outreach and improve conversions.

Now, circling back to its email finding capabilities, the range of features it provides is decent, just like the other email finding software.

However, the accuracy of the emails is what bugs me the most. Around 3 out of 10 emails that I searched for, whether in its database, email finder, or extension, were either invalid or outdated.

I found the data quality satisfactory and believe there is room for improvement.

How cool is that?

For example, if I have a LinkedIn URL or Instagram URL of my prospect, I can enter it, and Snov will return their email address.

What I didn’t like about Snov.io is its pricing. On first glance, it looks cheaper than some tools, but the credit system feels a bit off.
