1. Saleshandy Lead Finder

Who is it Best for: Lead Generation Agencies, Sales Teams, Start-ups & Founders

Database & Accuracy: 700M+ B2B profiles from 60M+ companies with 95% accuracy

Base Paid Plan: $24/month (Billed annually)

Ranking Saleshandy Lead Finder on top of my best data providers list was pretty easy!

It stood out for these two reasons:

  • Provides verified B2B contact and company data, including emails, phone numbers, job titles, industries, and firmographics for targeted prospecting professionals
  • It has a huge B2B database of 700M+ contacts with an impressive 95% accuracy rate

Why should you try Saleshandy→

I also loved the AI Lead Finder feature and how effortlessly it helped me find relevant data on the platform. Here’s how simple the process is:

  • Log in to your Saleshandy account
  • Select Lead Finder from the sidebar
  • Type your requirement into the AI Lead Finder (it’s similar to prompting ChatGPT, but even easier)
  • Wait a few seconds

That’s it! The AI understands your prompt, searches the database using the right filters, and instantly shows leads that match your requirements.

This made the entire data-finding process smooth and time-efficient.

And if you want to go even deeper, you can use filters like name, company, location, or job title to refine results and target your ideal prospects more precisely.

If you’re interested, check out our detailed Saleshandy review for a closer look at everything this tool offers.

What I like about Saleshandy:

  • Unused credits are rolled over to the next month
  • Proactive support team
  • One of the biggest B2B databases in the industry
  • AI Lead Finder to find leads with just prompts
  • Advanced filters to narrow down leads
  • GDPR compliant data
  • Bulk reveal and export up to 10k prospects at once!

What Could Be Better:

  • The free plan could have more than 5 credits

G2 User Rating: 4.6/5 (740+ Reviews)

I mainly saw good reviews about Saleshandy on review platforms like G2. Many liked its ease of use, features, and how reliable the software is overall.

Here’s one review sharing how Saleshandy’s Lead Finder was useful for them:

“The new Lead Finder tool has a easy to use interface and wide coverage. Data including email, phone, and social accounts on almost all leads.”

– Verified User in Construction

Pricing (Billed Annually)

There’s a lifetime free plan that offers 5 credits per month. You can use it to sign up and test the platform.

For more credits and features, you can subscribe to the paid plans, which start from $24/month (billed annually) for Lead Starter.

You can add further features like Saleshandy’s cold email software, Email Infra, or inbox radar as an add-on, making it easy to pay for only the service you need.

Check out the pricing page to know the features offered by each plan.

2. Apollo.io

Who is it Best for: B2B sales professional, Lead Generation Agencies, Sales Teams, Start-ups & Founders

Database & Accuracy: 210M contacts from 35M companies (91% Email Accuracy)

Base Paid Plan: $49/month (Billed annually)

Apollo.io is another best data providers on my list.

It is a sales intelligence platform that offers both lead finding and prospecting.

With this data provider company, you will get access to the company, contact, technographic, and intent data.

Key Features of Apollo

  • Detailed company insights
  • Automated data enrichment
  • 40+ Filters to narrow down your leads
  • AI-powered templates to get detailed insights about leads & campaigns

Why should you try Apollo:

The first thing I noticed was how Apollo’s database is very small compared to the data providers like Saleshandy, ZoomInfo, and many others.

However, they try to make it up by offering only the best quality data with detailed information.

You can find leads using their search function or the filters

However, you might need a small learning curve to get used to the tool and its UI.

Although I found the search function to be pretty basic, as you need to type in the exact keyword you are looking for to find your leads.

Meanwhile, my experience with Saleshandy’s Lead Finder was much better

All I need to do is give a prompt, similar to ChatGPT, and it will set the filters to help me find the leads.

Apart from that, you can also consider the filters to find leads. These were arranged to main and sub filters. This makes it easy to set them based on what you want.

Now speaking of data, the quality is good. You will get detailed information about a company, and with that, easily find the decision makers in a company.

Furthermore, you can improve your lead list to Apollo and use the built-in data enrichment feature.
They also offer integrations with popular platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

What I like about Apollo:

  • Offers high-quality contacts with intent data
  • B2B lead database with email verification
  • ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant
  • Can integrate with popular tools

What Could Be Better:

  • Small learning curve
  • The search function could have been better
  • No Credit rollover
  • Plans are a bit expensive

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.7/5 (8.6K+ Reviews)

Apollo’s reviews are mostly positive, where users appreciate its lead generation and other helpful features.

However, many users don’t like its learning curve and have considered Apollo.io alternatives.

Here’s a user sharing how useful Apollo was for them:

“It’s super easy to find new leads, and the email finder works great. Plus, it saves me a ton of time!”

– Imre B

Pricing (Billed Annually)

Apollo.io’s paid plans start from $49/month (billed annually) with the Basic plan. Apollo also offers a free plan with limited features.

Based on the pricing, I think it’s a bit expensive, and you are more likely to get more value with Apollo alternatives.

3. ZoomInfo

Who is it Best for: B2B sales, marketing, and recruiting teams

Database & Accuracy: 321 million professional contacts across 104 million companies (85% Accuracy)

Base Paid Plan: $250/month (Billed annually)

ZoomInfo is a widely used B2B database provider that offers global data along with advanced features like intent data, technographic profiles, and CRM integrations.

I’ve shared my experience with the tool below:

Key Features of ZoomInfo

  • Get account insights
  • Data enrichment support
  • Multi-layered data verification

Why should you try ZoomInfo:

ZoomInfo is very straightforward with what it offers. You search for the leads, and it will make sure to give quality leads.

For this, they have offered an AI-led search and filters. Although my experience with the AI search was great, I wish there were more filters to narrow down to niches better.

Apart from that, ZoomInfo also offers an extension, which can be used to find leads from LinkedIn and company web pages.

With higher plans, you even get features like intent data, with which you get intent predictions or as well as the latest changes in their job positions, as well as the company.

ZoomInfo also offers integrations with popular CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and many others.

What I like about Zoominfo:

  • ZoomInfo’s AI-led search is pretty good
  • Seamless CRM system integrations
  • Chrome extension to extract information from LinkedIn and websites

What Could Be Better:

  • Pricing is very expensive
  • More filters to choose from

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.5/5 (8.7k+ Reviews)

Users in general are happy about ZoomInfo’s ease of use and data accuracy. However, some have reported how expensive the service is.

Here’s a review showing how ZoomInfo was helpful for them:

“I am a big fan of how ZoomInfo Operations helps to easily and in sync enrich leads with our CRM. We can save ourselves time chasing invalid leads if all our contact and company information is accurate and up to date. Another great plus point is all of the detailed segmentation options, allowing us to target specific audiences. We’ve paired it with our email marketing platform to greatly improve our outreach property giving us more accurate data for campaigns.”

– Anna L

Pricing (Billed Annually):

ZoomInfo’s paid plans start with $250/month (billed annually) for its Essential plan.

There’s also a free plan that offers 25 credits and some basic features.

Its pricing is the main reason why many consider ZoomInfo alternatives.

4. Lusha

Who is it Best for: B2B sales, recruiting, and business development teams

Database & Accuracy: 100M contacts from 15M companies with 85% accuracy

Base Paid Plan: $22.45/month (Billed annually)

On my list of data providers is Lusha.

Lusha might have one of the smallest B2B databases. But according to them, they prioritize quality over quantity.

Lusha mainly uses its AI to make it easy to find and manage your leads.

Key Features of Lusha

  • One of the best AI data providers that gives relevant recommendation leads based on your ICPs
  • Bulk data reveal
  • Real-time data verification
  • Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701, and ISO 27001

Why should you try Lusha

After using Lusha for a small amount of time, I realized that the team has made sure to keep the app simple and quick to find leads.

This can be seen from its modern and easy-to-use UI.

I also like the way they have implemented AI. One of the features is the AI-recommended lists, which give you suggestions based on your ICP.

Speaking of ICP, Lusha even has a feature to find and set your ICPs. I think this feature will be quite useful for many.

There’s also the AI prospect playlists. It’s similar to the AI recommendation, but here, you will get similar lead recommendations, like the way you get recommendations in music apps.

I would have really appreciated a bigger database to enjoy these UI and AI features to their full use.

Lusha’s database is very good for targeting North American and European (GDPR compliant) contacts.

I do wish that it improved its global coverage.

What I like about Lusha:

  • High data accuracy and reliability
  • Easy-to-use interface
  • Offers a browser extension
  • Strong compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Seamless CRM integrations

What Could Be Better:

  • The database size could have been improved

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.3/5 (1.4k+ Reviews)

Lusha’s users have mentioned it to be pretty accurate when it comes to the business data offered. Many also shared how easy it is to use the tool.

I was also able to find many complaining about the smaller database and global coverage.

“Lusha provides accurate phone numbers and email IDs. This data is pretty much useful for outreach purposes. All the phone numbers and emails are valid. I use Lusha every day to generate email IDs for my outreach purposes. Lusha can also be integrated with CRMs for the direct flow of data from Lusha to CRM. This will help in reducing time and cost. We can generate or achieve more accurate and valid leads in a short period for our sales and marketing efforts. Lusha is a user-friendly tool.”

– Kishore C

Pricing (Billed Annually):

Lusha’s paid plans start from $22.45/month for 3.6K credits (billed annually) for the Pro plan.

To be honest, while the pricing might appear good at first, keep in mind that the 3.6K credits are for the entire year, and for anything more, you need to pay more.

You are always free to subscribe to a plan with higher credits, but when you compare it with popular Lusha alternatives, I feel like you get better value there.

5. RocketReach

Who is it Best for: Sales, recruiting, and marketing teams

Database & Accuracy: 700M contacts from 60M companies, with 90% for email addresses

Base Paid Plan: $48/month (Billed annually)

RocketReach is a B2B data provider that mainly offers data for the US market, while also including global data.

Unlike many other top B2B data vendors in this list, I was able to find contacts for even niche industries.

I have shared my experience with it below 👇

Key Features of Rocketreach

  • AI Lead Finder
  • Real-time verification for every search
  • Integrations with multiple tech stacks

Why should you try Rocketreach

Finding leads using Rocketreach is simple. I just have to mention my requirements to the AI lead search, and it will set the filters accordingly.

Although I would prefer results to appear a bit faster.

The same is the case for filters. While the current filters are very useful, it would have been great to get more detailed filters.

I also found the UI to be pretty practical, but I do believe it can look better compared to Rocketreach’s alternatives.

Rocketreach also offers email verification. You can either enter your email address or upload the CSV file to check.

Upon my testing, this feature worked well for me.

I also checked their extension, and Rocketreach appeared to be pretty reliable at it. You can add your contacts to the list and later use them for outreach.

What I like about Rocketreach:

  • Credits are only charged for A-grade leads
  • AI lead finder makes it easy to find leads
  • Extension works well in LinkedIn and company pages

What Could Be Better:

  • The UI could have been better
  • More filters to choose from

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.5/5 (750+ Reviews)

When I checked the reviews of Rocketreach, I found users liked it for the accuracy and ease of use.

“As someone who works in investment banking that is required to a) do a lot of due diligence on finding prospects and b) collecting accurate contact information, RocketReach truly saves me hours of work on any given week. I use this almost every week on any given project I am working on. My partners will ask for 100 emails of people scattered across 70 different companies, which can be a very time consuming task to find accurate email addresses. With RocketReach, this process is significantly easier and usually very accurate.”

– Garrett W

Pricing (Billed Annually)

Plans for Rocketreach start from $48/month (billed annually) for the essentials plan. However, you will only get 450 exports per year.

If we compare that to Saleshandy, which is actually cheaper than Rocketreach, you get better export numbers.

6. Cognism

Who is it Best for: B2B sales, marketing, and revenue teams

Database & Accuracy: 200M Contacts with 80% Accuracy

Base Paid Plan: Custom Pricing

Cognism is the best data provider for those who mainly want B2B European contacts, especially phone numbers.

Key Features of Cognism

  • It has a list of 10M+ human-verified direct dials across the EU region, making it one of the best contact data providers for the European market
  • You can see if your targeted company has raised funds, posted job vacancies, or changed its tech stack
  • Cognism integrates with all popular CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive) and also enriches your existing customer/lead database

Why Should You Try Cognism

One of my favorite things about it is that it identifies key decision-makers in prospective companies. This means you don’t need to waste time manually identifying who to reach out to with your sales pitch!

Unlike many tools in this list, Cognism doesn’t offer direct sign-in. Instead, you have to enroll for a Demo, and only then can you experience the software.

Cognism is very serious about the data provided, especially when it comes to the phone numbers.

Because they cross-check data against 13 Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists for phone numbers to ensure compliance and quality.

Apart from that, you can even try the Diamond Data (available with the higher plans), which basically offers data that is tested by a dedicated team.

While this is amazing, I would like to see similar seriousness for the email data, too.

However, Cognism does run email verification for B2B contacts using their machine learning models and systematic testing frameworks.

You will get 25 free leads once you complete the booked demo.

What I like about Cognism:

  • Offers Integrations with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • No export limit for saved prospects
  • Checks 13 DNS providers
  • Extensive filtering options
  • Cognism AI search offers voice and text search

What Could Be Better:

  • The intent data feature is only available for the Elevate package.

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.6/5 (800 Reviews)

Users mainly like Cognism for its ease of use and the quality of the data provided. Many have also given positive reviews for the integration options provided.

“I love its usability and the quality of the data provided. One of my favorite features is the Contact Data Quality filter. It allows you to choose between emails or phone numbers based on your needs, which makes it easy to refine your searches and quickly get the most relevant contacts. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use, so getting started doesn’t take long, even if you’re new to it.”

– Analucia C

Pricing (Billed Annually)

Cognism only offers custom plans based on your requirements.

7. UpLead

Who is it Best for: B2B sales, marketing, and recruiting teams

Database & Accuracy: 160M+ B2B Contacts from 19M+ companies with 95% Accuracy

Base Paid Plan: $99/ month (Billed annually)

Among the other B2B contact databases in this list, UpLead might fall short with its database size. But it stands strong with an impressive 95% accuracy!

This is one of the main reasons to include uplead in the list, as it’s not very easy to achieve this bug number for accuracy.

Key Features of UpLead

  • 95% email accuracy
  • Easy to use UI
  • Filters to narrow down leads
  • Intent data for better decision making

Why should you try UpLead:

When I saw UpLead’s claim about 95% accuracy, I was curious how it works. And here’s the process:

  1. UpLead sources data from what’s available to the public
  2. This data is cross-verified with third-party providers, and any inaccurate leads are removed
  3. Lastly, when users access the data, UpLead runs one final verification check.

UpLead even claims that any data with inaccurate results will be sent back to be manually verified.

Apart from that, UpLead also offers features such as Intent data, which makes it easy to plan your strategies.

While this is great, I would also like to see UpLead increase its database size to be competitive with other B2B lead providers.

Apart from that, you can also scrape leads from LinkedIn or other webpages using the Upleads extension. It’s pretty straightforward and useful.

That said, it also stands out for its technographic data, as it can accurately track 27,000+ technologies, allowing you to find companies using very specific tech stacks.

However, when it comes to the pricing, I feel like it’s a little bit too much to ask for, considering popular UpLead alternatives offer email data for almost similar accuracies, while also giving more value.

What I like about UpLead:

  • Highly accurate data
  • Offers technographics
  • Chrome extension for finding lead information
  • 24/7 human support

What Could Be Better:

  • The database size could have been improved
  • Pricing could have been more affordable

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.7/5 (750+ Reviews)

From the review, users like Uplead for its ease of use, good-looking UI, and the accurate data provided. However, many prefer a bigger database with better pricing.

“UpLead has been a game-changer for our data enrichment and email verification needs. The platform is intuitive, fast, and reliable – everything you want when you’re trying to streamline your sales and marketing processes. But what truly sets UpLead apart is their customer service. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed support, Jason, our CSM, has responded with incredible speed and professionalism. It’s clear they genuinely care about their users and go above and beyond to help.”

– Verified User in Information Technology and Services

Pricing (Billed Annually)

UpLead’s pricing starts with $79/ month (billed annually) for the base Essentials plan.

Like I said, many of UpLead’s competitors offer better overall value for the features provided.

8. Lead411

Who is it Best for: B2B sales, marketing teams, and SMBs

Database & Accuracy: 450M contacts across 20M companies with 96% Accuracy

Base Paid Plan: $75/month (Billed annually)

Lead411 is a data vendor with a big database covering various industries, primarily in the US. It provides details at the company, employee, and buyer intent levels.

Key Features of Lead411

  • Real-time notifications for hiring, funding, and company decisions
  • Growth Intent data
  • Unlimited data views
  • Offers integration with plenty of tech stacks

Why should you try Lead411:

Lead411 lets you find leads without the need to worry about exhausting your credits.

What you need to worry about is the price of the tool.

It offers a good enough database with an impressive accuracy rate.

But let’s say a lead you wanted is not there.

According to Lead411, they will use the help of AI to fetch the leads from the internet.

It comes with purpose-built tools for sales and marketing teams.

One such tool is the CRM Enhancer, which updates prospect information and removes outdated data automatically from your CRM.

Lead411 also integrates with popular CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and others.

While it offers unlimited email and phone reveals, when you want to export the data, you are limited to the 250-export limit. For anything more, you will be required to pay $0.50 per lead.

This completely defeats the purpose of unlimited lead reveals, as you will be required to pay a big amount for exporting the data.

As for the extension, it’s pretty good and offers what it promises – helping you extract lead data from LinkedIn.

It’s free, but you can only export the data with the paid plans.s.

What I like about Lead411:

  • CRM enhancer for data enrichment
  • User-friendly interface
  • Live AI research
  • Offers a Chrome extension

What Could Be Better:

  • More affordable pricing tiers for small businesses
  • Expanded data coverage for the EU, APAC, and LATAM regions

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.5/5 (450+ Reviews)

Users have mentioned the ease of use and data accuracy of Lead411. However, I was able to see that many are not happy about the value offered for the premium price.

“While the platform is generally excellent, I believe the revenue filtering options could be improved to better fit various industries. The current options are somewhat limited, and having more granular choices would enhance the targeting process for specific company profiles.”

– John L

Pricing (Billed Annually):

Plans for Lead411 start at $75/per user, per month for the Basic Plus Unlimited plan. For this price, I feel like it’s a little bit expensive for what it’s offering.

This is especially true when many Lead411 alternatives offer better value.

9. Seamless.ai

Who is it Best for: Sales Teams, Marketers, Start-ups, and Founders

Database & Accuracy: 1.3B+ contacts from 121M+ companies with 70% Accuracy

Base Paid Plan: $147/month (Billed annually)

Seamless.ai is one of the biggest b2b contact databases.

It uses AI to crawl the web and discover lead generation data. In addition to AI, it allows users to submit data, helping improve the overall accuracy and coverage.

Key Features of Seamless

  • One of the biggest b2b lead providers
  • Data enrichment
  • Offers buyer intent
  • Track job changes of decision makers
  • AI research

Why should you try Seamless:

The answer is simple. Try Seamless if you want the biggest B2B data vendor. But it also takes a hit at the accuracy.

In fact, its data accuracy is one of the lowest in my list for the best B2B contact providers.

That doesn’t mean it’s all done and there.

Because the UI is pretty easy to navigate, although it could have made it look better. Plus, if you have issues in understanding the software, Seamless has a dedicated academy section to teach you how to use the tool.

The next thing I like about this email data provider is its intent checker, which provides good information.

However, it is still missing features such as an AI lead finder, as well as extensive filters to find leads easily..

What I like about Seamless.ai:

  • One of the biggest data-as-a-service vendors
  • AI-powered prospecting
  • Seamless CRM integrations
  • Offers buyer intent data for targeted outreach

What Could Be Better:

  • More affordable pricing tiers for small businesses

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.4/5 (4.9k+ Reviews)

In my research, I found many users appreciating Seamless.ai’s ease of use and how big its database is. However, I also found that many were having issues with the accuracy and the lack of features.

“I’m now able to find the right person to contact in just about any business. ”

– Richard J

Pricing (Billed Annually):

On their pricing page, they ask you to contact customer support for a custom quote. However, while testing, I found an upgrade button, which led me to another pricing page, where the starting plan was for $147/month.

This is a lot more when compared to popular seamless alternatives.

10. Adapt

Who is it Best for: Lead Generation Agencies, Sales Teams, Start-ups & Founders

Database & Accuracy: 250M+ contacts from 10M+ companies (95% Accuracy)

Base Paid Plan: $49/month (Billed annually)

Key Features of Adapt

  • Data Enrichment with over 50+ Attributes
  • Growth insights for job changes and headcount alerts
  • Detailed prospect information

Why should you try Adapt

Adapt is a B2B data provider known for its high accuracy, thanks to real-time verification..

To add more value, they provide detailed prospect information, including organizational charts that outline a company’s hierarchy and structure.

While the data of the prospects is very detailed, and even offers intent data, I would have liked to see more filters, and even an AI Lead Finder would have made the overall experience better.

I also like the data enrichment feature. You can either enrich your data using the CSV file or even your HubSpot.

As for the UI, it’s functional, but I won’t mind the appearance getting better.

Their datasets are updated bi-monthly, which helps maintain data quality. However, there is no clear information available on GDPR compliance.here is no clear information available on GDPR compliance.

What I like about Adapt:

  • Accurate database with real-time data verification
  • Advanced search and filtering capabilities
  • Seamless CRM integrations
  • Gives detailed information about the prospects

What Could Be Better:

  • No clear information about GDPR compliance
  • Bigger database size

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.6/5 (2.7k+ Reviews)

Users in general have a good experience with Adapt, mainly with its ease of use and the accuracy of the information provided.

However, I was able to see that many are having issues with the credits offered for each plan, and the pricing is a bit too expensive for many.

“It solves the problem of finding email and gives me more time to analyze the market”

– Anna L

Pricing (Billed Annually):

Adapt.io offers a free plan as its starter plan, and for additional features, the plans start with  $49/month (billed annually) for the base Starter plan.

“A very reliable sales platform to get all the information about your prospect. Hassle free & simple navigation.”

– Prateek V

Base Paid Plan: $49/month (Billed annually)

  • Automated outreach function

Why should you try 6sense:

6Sesne uses AI to make the workflow easier with AI and predictive analytics to deliver deep insights into buyer intent and behavior.

In my experience, while I didn’t have any trouble with the tools, I do wish to see a better UI with ease of use kept in mind.

You get results very quickly based on the filters applied. I found this pretty good.

As for the data, it offers access to 270 million B2B profiles, including over 100 million emails and 50 million direct-dial phone numbers.

I wish it had improved the size of its database to accommodate more, so that the filters could have been made to better use.

You can also integrate it with other tools or import your lead list to get buyer intent and behavior.

What I like about 6Sense:

  • Advanced lead scoring
  • Real-time activity tracking
  • Powerful AI-driven insights for account prioritization

What Could Be Better:

  • More transparent pricing information

Reviews

G2 User Rating: 4.3/5 (1k+ Reviews)

Users were happy about the intent data, ease of use, and lead generation feature of the tool.

I was also able to see that users are having issues because of the steep learning curve, as there aren’t enough guides offered by 6sense, and the UI is also not that friendly.

“6sense helps us figure out which companies are actually interested in what we offer, so we’re not wasting time chasing cold leads. It shows us where accounts are in their buying journey and what they’re researching. This helps our sales and marketing teams focus on the right accounts at the right time, which has improved our outreach, pipeline quality, and overall efficiency.”

With LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you are literally getting access to one of the biggest and most accurate B2B databases.

Then why would I rank it so low?

Well, it’s mainly because Sales Navigator doesn’t let you export the lead list, and LinkedIn’s outreach service InMail, is not as good as the competition.

Users mainly appreciated LinkedIn Sales Navigator for its huge database and how easy it is to access.

Along with that, there were a huge number of reviews sharing how expensive the service is, as well as the lack of features.

Which B2B Data Provider is the Best?

So, yeah, that was my list for the best B2B data providers.

All the B2B data vendors mentioned here have their own strengths. While some excel at scale, others at precision, and a few are for niche markets or specific regions like Europe or APAC.

I have also ensured to add different types of b2b data services, as well as in price point.

However, if you want a well-balanced, cost-effective solution that combines data accuracy, global coverage, and user-friendly filters with outreach-ready integrations, my top recommendation is Saleshandy.

Because the value that you get from Saleshandy is impossible to beat, you’ll get:

✅ Access to 700M+ verified B2B contacts

✅ Advanced filters to find your ideal customers

✅ Seamless integration with outreach and CRM tools

✅ Pricing that works for both startups and scaling teams

Honestly, Saleshandy combines the best features of many tools on this list without the complexity or high cost.

B2B Data Providers: FAQs

1. How to choose the right B2B data provider?

I would suggest that you save this checklist, as it will help you when choosing your business data vendor:

  • Data Accuracy: Check what the accuracy claim of your b2b contact provider is, and how frequently they update the data. You can also manually verify it.
  • Compliance: This is important. Ensure that your data provider adheres to data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Integrations: Tools that offer integrations can help ease your workflow.
  • Pricing: Ensure that the tool’s pricing fits your budget and requirements.

2. What is the difference between a B2B data provider and a B2B data vendor

A B2B data provider focuses solely on delivering business contact and company data. A B2B data vendor is a broader term, where it includes providers but also covers companies that sell data tools, analytics, or platforms.
Simply put: all providers are vendors, but not all vendors are providers.

3. Which data provider is best for Startups?

When choosing the best B2B data provider for startups, it usually depends on their budget, scale, and target industry requirements.

However, I would recommend going with Saleshandy as it offers a huge database (700M+ B2B contacts) with an impressive 90% accuracy.

Their plans are suitable for startups and small companies and can be easily scaled to other plans based on the requirements.

4. Are there any free b2b data providers?

Yes, there are plenty of free B2B data providers in the market. However, while choosing, make sure their data accuracy is high as well as complies with legal requirements in the regions.

Services like Saleshandy offer 5 free credits for their Lead Finder, which you can use without any credit cards.

Similarly, there are many other reputed B2B data vendors who offer free credits or a free trial.

5. How to ensure the data is accurate and up-to-date?

Start with a trusted B2B data provider. Apply the right filters and use re-verification tools to flag suspicious leads. Remove outdated contacts regularly. You’ll notice data accuracy during outreach, and for added confidence, cross-check with another reliable provider.

6. How is B2B data used in marketing and sales?

B2B data is used in marketing and sales to identify and target the right companies and decision-makers. It helps with lead generation, personalized outreach, account-based marketing (ABM), and segmenting campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
