  • Use the 'Posted on LinkedIn' filter: It helps find active people. Great for starting warm conversations instead of cold pitching.
  • Check job changes and new roles: Perfect time to pitch. Decision-makers are more open to trying new tools/services when they've just joined a company.
  • Export smart, not all: I don't export 1000s of leads. Just 20–30 high-intent ones per batch and send personalized outreach through email or LinkedIn DMs.
