How to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Here's how I use it without overcomplicating things:
- Start with saved searches: I build 2–3 filters based on ICP (industry, headcount, job title, geography) and save them. That way, I get fresh leads weekly without redoing the work.
- Use the 'Posted on LinkedIn' filter: It helps find active people. Great for starting warm conversations instead of cold pitching.
- Check job changes and new roles: Perfect time to pitch. Decision-makers are more open to trying new tools/services when they've just joined a company.
- Export smart, not all: I don't export 1000s of leads. Just 20–30 high-intent ones per batch and send personalized outreach through email or LinkedIn DMs.
