Saleshandy (Ikigai Infotech LLP) is not liable to you or anyone else for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Services.

Outreach: This service allows you to connect with multiple prospects through personalized, sequential outreach and manage campaigns. Fees for email sending and active prospect storage depend on your chosen plan and subscription.
Email Infrastructure: This service is provided for optimizing your email delivery rates. Fees for this service are charged monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your subscription plan. Note: The domain associated with Email Infrastructure will not be automatically renewed. You must explicitly contact our support for renewal after one year of purchase.
Lead Finder: A service designed to help you search for leads based on various filters and criteria to get Profile, Email, and/or Phone Number. Fees apply according to the selected plan.
Email Verification: A tool to help you verify the validity of email addresses before sending communications. Fees for email verification are billed according to your subscription.
Inbox Radar: A tool to track your email inbox placement. Pricing varies based on your usage.
You are responsible for all the taxes associated with the product and/or services, and accurate billing details. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except as described in Section 11.
You may gain access to confidential Saleshandy information (“Proprietary Information”). You agree to protect it and not disclose it unless authorized.
You may also provide feedback or suggestions (“Feedback”). By doing so, you agree that:
By providing Feedback, you grant Saleshandy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such Feedback to improve the Services. You retain ownership of the Feedback.
Feedback is not confidential or proprietary to you.
Saleshandy may use, disclose, or ignore Feedback without obligation to you.
You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for Feedback.
Proprietary Information, including but not limited to: features and mode of operation of the Services, trade secrets, know-how, inventions (whether or not patentable), techniques, processes, programs, ideas, algorithms, schematics, testing procedures, software design and architecture, computer code, internal documentation, design and function specifications, product requirements, problem reports, analysis and performance information, benchmarks, software documents, and other technical, business, product, marketing, financial information, plans, and data.

If you are providing us with personal data about other EU residents, you may contact us at privacy@saleshandy.com to request our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). We encourage users to review this addendum when handling sensitive or personally identifiable data, to ensure compliance with data protection laws.

You will only use the Services in a manner that complies with all applicable laws. If your use of the Services is prohibited by applicable laws, then you are not authorized to use the Services.

Saleshandy – Ikigai Infotech LLP shall not be held liable for any illegal activity or misuse of the Services by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Saleshandy disclaims any responsibility for actions taken by users that violate any laws or regulations.

Anything you submit, store, or share is your “User Submission.” You keep ownership but grant Saleshandy the rights needed to operate the Services.
Private Submissions – used only to provide Services to you.
Shared Submissions – may be displayed to chosen users.
Public Submissions & Feedback – may be displayed, used, or distributed by Saleshandy and other users.
You retain ownership of all User Submissions. To the extent necessary for Saleshandy to provide the Services, you grant Saleshandy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Submissions. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account, except where retention is required by law or technical necessity.
Users are solely responsible for the content they share or transmit.
Saleshandy is not liable for errors, omissions, or damages from such content.
Services may link to third-party websites or services outside Saleshandy’s control. We are not responsible for their risks or content. Please review their terms and privacy policies.

You’re free to stop using the Services at any time by contacting us at help@saleshandy.com. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, as well as the licenses above, to understand how we handle the information you provide to us after you’ve stopped using our Services.
Saleshandy also reserves the right to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of the Services or your account, at our discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. We have the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any restrictions in these Terms. Saleshandy – Ikigai Infotech LLP also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
Please note that account termination may result in the deletion of any content associated with your account, so be aware of that before deciding to terminate your account. Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, will survive termination, such as your obligation to pay us, any limitations on our liability, terms about ownership or intellectual property rights, and terms regarding disputes between us.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
Account security responsibilities are described in Section 6, and they apply globally.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In using the Service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, copyright laws.
Unless you have express written permission from IKIGAI INFOTECH LLP, you may not distribute Saleshandy or any portion of it to third parties. You also may not disassemble or reverse-engineer Saleshandy for any purpose other than for reviewing the code for personal use. In all cases, you remain bound by the Terms of Service.
A valid credit card is required for Saleshandy non-free users. Free users are not required to provide a credit card number or use any payment service.

Refunds are available only within 10 days of the initial purchase. If the product or service has been used during this period or thereafter, any applicable refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, calculated according to the Credits (such as Lead Finder or AI Credits) or Limits (such as email sending limits) consumed. Certain products and services, including but not limited to:
Email Infrastructure providers (Google, Maildoso, Microsoft, Inframail, etc.), Leadfinder, and Email Verification services are strictly non-refundable.
Downgrading your Service may result in the loss of content, features, or capacity, and IKIGAI INFOTECH LLP does not accept any liability for such loss.
The Services, the “Saleshandy” trademark, and all materials made available by Saleshandy—including but not limited to software, code, designs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, graphics, visual elements, and documentation—are the exclusive property of Saleshandy – Ikigai Infotech LLP and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:
Modifying, publishing, transmitting, reproducing, or creating derivative works based on Saleshandy’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Distributing Saleshandy or any part of it to third parties.
Using automated methods such as scraping, robots, or data mining on Saleshandy Services.
Disassembling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code.
The look and feel of the Service is copyrighted © Ikigai Infotech LLP. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of Saleshandy’s intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages and recovery of legal costs.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Saleshandy disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement).
We do not guarantee:
That the Services will meet your requirements.
That they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Those results will be accurate.
Or that errors will be corrected.
You assume all risk for use. Saleshandy is not liable for unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, or delays caused by events beyond our control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. If local law doesn’t allow these exclusions, liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and notify us promptly of any such incidents.
You may only use the Services for lawful, internal business purposes.
Usage may be limited (e.g., number of users, emails, contacts, storage time).
Saleshandy processes personal data on your behalf. Saleshandy acts as a processor, and you act as the controller, as defined by applicable data protection laws. Saleshandy will process Client Data only in accordance with your instructions and the Data Processing Addendum (DPA), available upon request. Saleshandy will notify you without undue delay of any data breach affecting Client Data. For a DPA, contact privacy@saleshandy.com.
Email Responsibilities (CAN-SPAM compliance):
You are the “sender” of all emails you send via Saleshandy.
You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
You may only import and use lists where recipients have given proper consent.
The “from” and “subject” lines must be accurate and non-deceptive.
If required by law, emails must include your valid physical address.
Saleshandy has no liability for unauthorized access to accounts caused by your actions or inactions.
