How to set up Sender Rotation?

You’re preparing to launch your Sequence with multiple email accounts if you’re here. With Saleshandy’s Sender Rotation, adding multiple email accounts is a snap!

This blog post will guide you through launching a successful cold email campaign using Sender Rotation.

Steps to setup your Sequence 

Step 1: Add email accounts

The first step towards setting your multi-email Sequence is to add more than one email account to your Saleshandy. Remember, you can connect up to 50 email accounts for rotation in one Sequence. 

For your convenience, you don’t need to do this manually by adding all the accounts separately. With Saleshandy’s bulk email upload, you can add multiple email accounts in just one go and save more time. 

Visit Settings > Email Accounts and Click on “Add Email Accounts.”

If you want to add a Google or Microsoft account, it’s just one click integration. Choose the “SMTP/IMAP” option for Bulk upload and add your email accounts.

After, you will get an option to Bulk import via CSV.

You can select to upload a single account or CSV to execute bulk email account upload.

Step 2: Create a sequence 

When you’re done uploading email accounts, let’s create an email Sequence. For best performance, let’s add multiple follow-ups with a high personalization level and quickly visit the “Settings” tab.

Step 3: Select email accounts

Upon visiting the Settings tab, you’ll see the option to add email accounts. As we’ve already uploaded email accounts in Step 1, you can find a list already available for selection.

Click “Add to Sequence” to automatically assign your email accounts to your Sequence. While you launch it, Saleshandy will automatically rotate these accounts to send your emails (read it in detail in the later section).

Step 4: Activate your Sequence

All is set!

Finally, visit the “Steps” tab and activate your Sequence! Your Sequence with multiple email accounts is launched.

How does Sender Rotaton work?

Here’s how Sender Rotation works.

  • The system will select email accounts from your list to send emails to prospects in rotation. Follow-up emails will also be sent from the same email account.
  • If one email account is linked to multiple sequences, the latest Sequence and step will be given priority.
  • All other email account parameters will be considered, like sending interval and daily sending limit.
  • You can filter emails by sender’s email, email variants, and sent date in the Sequence> Emails tab. Users can also see the sender’s email.
