• Let me know if this is worth a chat. - A great soft-close when you're pitching value and don't want to be pushy.
• Open to exploring this further? - Perfect when you're offering a solution or suggesting a collaboration.
• Thanks in advance, - Useful when you're requesting time, a favor, or feedback.

Avoid: – "Regards" (feels too stiff) – "Cheers" (unless you're in a casual industry or culture) – Anything overly salesy like "Looking forward to closing this deal!"
