This approach helped us develop impactful features and know our customers better. For years, we kept shipping features and assisting customers until we found ourselves where customers frequently asked us questions about more customized pricing serving their cold emailing requirements.

As 2023 approaches, we have reached a point where most of our customers use Saleshandy to carry out lead-generation activities to book meetings for their services, businesses, and clients. Updating the pricing and making it more lead-generation friendly has become necessary to overcome new challenges.

As we already mentioned, Saleshandy has always listened to the customers. We today announce our new pricing plans—a substantive update since Saleshandy launched.

Challenges our customers faced

A lot has changed in the cold emailing and lead generation. It is always challenging to send targeted emails to prospects and scale the outreach at the same time. 

Whenever you try to increase the volume of your outreach, no matter what best practices you follow, Email Service Providers will mark your practice as bulk emailing.

Bulk emailing has become unpopular among every ESP. It would be true to say that ESPs hate bulk emailing. Well, it was not always the case. ESPs suggested scope for increasing emails—refer to the below screenshot—but gradually, they started marking it as spam.

You can work it out in reverse. For example, you want to send out 1000 emails in a single day, and your ESP has a limit of 100 emails per day. You can send 1000 emails from 10 email accounts and get even better results! Yes, and your ESP won’t mind it anymore. 

It’s a win-win situation for you and your ESP. You don’t breach the sending limit, and in turn, you get magical deliverability numbers. 

That’s the key, and you can add up unlimited email accounts and deliver 1000, 5000, 1000, or even 500k emails with perfect deliverability and results.

How does it work?

There is nothing simpler than sending emails from unlimited email accounts. 

You can create & connect as many email accounts as you like with unlimited domains.

The foremost thing is to create five email accounts from one domain and send 50 targeted emails from each account for better deliverability.

This is the formula for how it works:

*Total emails per day / 50 = Number of required email accounts  
*Number of needed email accounts / 5 = Number of needed domains

Note: It is best to keep 5 email accounts per domain to ensure the best deliverability

  • Do I have to pay per email account?

 No, our plans allow you to connect an unlimited number of emails accounts to improve your email deliverability.

  • Is there any limit to the number of emails?

Yes, there is a monthly limit on the total number of emails you can send from Saleshandy. But, the restriction to send the number of emails daily depends on your ESP (Email Service Provider).

  • Is there any limitation during 7-day free trial period?

Yes, sending more than 200 emails in the 7-day free trial is not allowed. To send out more than 200 emails, you need to upgrade your account to the paid plan.

  • Is the prospect limit monthly?

Email limits are monthly, but prospect limits are based on the total prospects you have added to Saleshandy.

  • What happens if I exceed the prospect limit of any plan?

If you exceed the prospect limit of any plan, then you will see an error banner on the top. You will also receive an email notification notifying you about the limit exhaustion.

  • How can I email more prospects after I reach my prospect limit?

If you want to send more prospects than your current plan, you can upgrade or delete the existing prospects and add new ones. Data and records will be lost in that case.

  • Can I add/invite team members while on the new pricing?

There is no limit or additional cost to the number of team members you can add.

  • Are the email verification credits renewed monthly? 

No, they are one-offs. And you can purchase them based on your requirements within the app. 

  • Do you offer customized pricing?

  • How can I switch to newly offered pricing plans?
