How does it work?

- Is there any limit to the number of emails?
Yes, there is a monthly limit on the total number of emails you can send from Saleshandy. But, the restriction to send the number of emails daily depends on your ESP (Email Service Provider).
- Is there any limitation during 7-day free trial period?
Yes, sending more than 200 emails in the 7-day free trial is not allowed. To send out more than 200 emails, you need to upgrade your account to the paid plan.
- Is the prospect limit monthly?
Email limits are monthly, but prospect limits are based on the total prospects you have added to Saleshandy.
- What happens if I exceed the prospect limit of any plan?
If you exceed the prospect limit of any plan, then you will see an error banner on the top. You will also receive an email notification notifying you about the limit exhaustion.
- How can I email more prospects after I reach my prospect limit?
If you want to send more prospects than your current plan, you can upgrade or delete the existing prospects and add new ones. Data and records will be lost in that case.
- Can I add/invite team members while on the new pricing?
There is no limit or additional cost to the number of team members you can add.
- Are the email verification credits renewed monthly?
No, they are one-offs. And you can purchase them based on your requirements within the app.
