Why Klenty users are leaving?

As I mentioned above, there are three main reasons people are leaving (or planning to leave) Klenty for its alternatives.

  • Complex UI – Klenty users have been complaining a lot about its complex user interface on G2 and Capterra. Many have even stated that it is the main reason to start looking for a Klenty alternative. If you’re fed up with Klenty’s complex UI and looking for an alternative with better UI & UX like others, you’re making the right choice.
  • Bugs & Glitches – in addition to complex UI, another biggest turn-off for Klenty users is the frequency of bugs and glitches in the tool. This has resulted in disrupted workflows and data loss at times, leading Klenty users to decrease their trust in the platform.
  • Mediocre Customer Support – Lack of fast response time and resolution is another major reason why Klenty users are moving on to a better alternative. If you’re facing similar issues in Klenty, switching to a better cold email outreach tool is definitely worth considering.

10+ Best Klenty Alternatives

If you’re still reading this, that means you’re done with Klenty and ready to explore Klenty alternatives.

Well, here’s the list of the 10+ best Klenty alternatives you can consider switching to.

1. Saleshandy – Best Klenty Alternative

Saleshandy homepage

Saleshandy is a cold emailing platform with automation and personalization features. The UI and UX of the tool are simple and easy to use. One of the best things about Saleshandy is that you can connect an unlimited number of inboxes (at no additional charge) for a single account.

What makes Saleshandy the best Klenty alternative?

  • Simple And Easy To Use
Saleshandy User Interface

Saleshandy has a very simple UI and UX for users. The platform is straightforward and there are no complicated functionalities that require external help. All features are easy to figure out and understand. The tool runs smoothly, and no glitches or bugs have been reported by users. The system is designed to provide users with a smooth sailing experience.

  • Unlimited Number of Accounts & Team Members

With Saleshandy, you can connect an unlimited number of inboxes to your main primary account. There is no need to purchase additional inboxes. You can add an unlimited number of team members as well, the price isn’t dependent on the number of team members/users like most tools.

For Klenty, the price is per user (starting at $50 per month) and each user can only add two additional inboxes apart from their default one. This is a huge drawback in case you want to have multiple inboxes and users.

  • LinkedIn Prospecting
Saleshandy LinkedIn Prospecting

Saleshandy offers users a LinkedIn Prospecting (email finder) tool that works as a Chrome extension. The extension is directly connected to your Saleshandy account, and the information of any prospect extracted from LinkedIn is automatically saved on your account. The data can also be added to any email sequence.

In the extraction phase, unlimited custom fields are also available. Beyond using it on LinkedIn, data can also be extracted from CRM software and exported to Saleshandy.

Saleshandy has recently launched Lead Finder as well, which lets the user directly search their prospect’s contacts. Its plan starts from as low as $39 per month, which lets you extract as much as 1000 leads per month.

  • Email Deliverability Toolkit
Saleshandy Email Deliverability Toolkit

While Klenty does have some email deliverability features, it does lack a few important ones too. Saleshandy provides users with the feature of knowing their email health score which is based on your email security authentication (SPF, DMARC, and Custom tracking domain).

Beyond this, Saleshandy also has a bounce guard function that automatically pauses an email campaign in case a high bounce rate is detected.

Both of these deliverability features help preserve your sender’s reputation and boost deliverability to keep your domain healthy (so you always land in the primary inbox of recipients).

  • Email Writing Assistant (+Spintax – newly added feature)
Saleshandy Email Writing Assistant

To ensure increased engagement in the emails sent, Saleshandy’s Real-time Smart Writing Assistant, helps you increase the degree of personalization and check for spammy language as you write your email content.

A newly added feature is Spintax, which helps you ‘spin’ your email content/subject line to have more variety and avoid identical emails sent (too many identical emails are regarded as spam by ESPs).

  • Engagement Tracking

Saleshandy offers users robust and in-depth email tracking. While Klenty offers a very limited number of engagement metrics for email campaigns. With Saleshandy you can receive real-time engagement tracking notifications, see the number of times the email was read if the links were clicked on, and so much more.

Engagement tracking is done through our Chrome extension, Saleshandy Connect which works in tandem with your main Saleshandy account. Multiple inboxes can be connected.

  • Automated Follow-Ups
Saleshandy Automated Follow-Ups

Within a few clicks, you can automate your follow-up cycle (also known as email sequences on Saleshandy). For a comprehensive follow-up cycle, create multistage sequences with several A to Z variants for better testing.

Additionally, emails that are delivered only when a prospect takes a certain action can be set up as triggers.

  • Unified Inbox

Saleshandy has made reply management easy while doing cold emailing. Unified Inbox lets you can access all replies from multiple mailboxes in one place, categorize and prioritize them with advanced filters, and improve your response time.
