Step 3 – Write your email copy

As soon as you’re done adding your email accounts, you can start writing email copy for your initial (and follow-up) emails.

During this time, we recommend putting your email accounts on the warm-up so that your email deliverability is high and your accounts are ready to send emails to multiple prospects.

By the way, if you’re bad at writing email copy, don’t worry. We’ve several built-in email templates for different purposes.

Step 4 – Set up an automated follow-up sequence

Next, determine the number of email variations based on your unique email outreach copy and start setting up your automated follow-up emails.

Once your sequence is ready, you need to add your prospects to Saleshandy.

Step 5 – Import prospect lists from Klenty

Saleshandy has made it extremely easy to import your prospect data from Klenty. Simply log in to your Klenty account and export your existing prospect lists into a CSV file.

After that, switch back to the Saleshandy tab on your web browser, open the “Prospects” link from the left-side menu, click on the downside arrow right beside “Add Prospect”, and tap on the “Import via CSV” button.

Doing this will prompt you to select your CSV file. So, locate and select the exported CSV file from Klenty and click “Next”.

Saleshandy will start importing your prospect data while also verifying the contact information.

Step 6 – Enable Sender’s Rotation and pick a schedule

Wait until all prospect data is imported. Once it’s done, enable the sender’s rotation feature before activating your first email outreach campaign.

Step 7 – Activate the sequence

To activate your email sequence, you need to toggle the switch from Draft to Activate. This will automatically begin sending your emails to your prospects in a natural manner to ensure high email deliverability.
