It takes about 2-3 minutes to set up the campaign and consists of 3 easy steps.

Step 1: Create a Campaign

  • Name the Email Campaign

The first step in setting up an email campaign is to name your campaign. If you are a marketing agency or if your marketing strategies include email marketing on daily basis then we advice you to be as clear with the name as possible.

The name of the campaign is for your use only. This won’t be visible except in the section of sent campaigns.

  • Create & Upload a CSV File

CSV is a file format & this file will contain information about the recipients of your email campaign. You can easily create one in Google Sheets.

Pro Tip: Don’t forget to add: First Name, Email Address, Company Name, and the reference you are using to get in touch with them. These fields will help you put together a perfect email campaign.

Once you are done with your CSV then you can download it by following these steps:

File > Download as > Comma-separated values (.csv)

After you have downloaded your CSV, the next step is to upload the file in the recipient’s section.

And in case, you have more than 200 recipients in your CSV, then don’t forget to select the option “Upload more than 200 contacts.”

  • Choose an account

After uploading your CSV, you can choose the account you to send this email campaign from.

This step is for users who have multiple accounts with SalesHandy.

After a good subject line comes, the email body. You can load an email template which you might have created beforehand or used in some of the previous email campaigns.
