1. Saleshandy

G2 Rating: 4.6/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Lead Finding + Email Outreach

Saleshandy is an AI-assisted cold outreach platform that helps you find prospects, reach out to them, and generate leads faster.

Do you know why I’m suggesting Saleshandy as the #1 sales prospecting tool?

It’s because your targets are too high.

You can’t waste your time switching platforms while prospecting.

For this, you will need an all-in-one kind of sales prospecting platform.

And Saleshandy covers all your requirements.

  • First – You get a huge database of 700M+ verified prospects
  • Second – You can automate your cold emails using AI (with high deliverability and personalization)
  • Third – You get a support team that actually helps

The best part is that Saleshandy keeps improving its platform with helpful features that enhance your outreach campaigns.

It is about to launch its AI enrichment feature that will allow you to add more relevant and accurate data to your database.

Here is a look at its unique features →

Key Features of Saleshandy

  • AI CoPilot: You can create your entire cold email sequence with hyper-personalization using 3-5 prompts within seconds.
  • AI Variants: It allows you to A/B test your campaigns by creating multiple versions of your email with AI.
  • AI Lead Search: You can search for your prospects and build your entire list with ChatGPT-style textual prompts.
  • Built-in Email Verifier: Before launching your campaign, you can verify the email addresses of your prospects.
  • Deliverability Suite: With Saleshandy, you will get a set of features like AI bounce detection, free email warm-up, black list monitoring, inbox radar, etc, that will help you to maintain maximum email deliverability.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About Saleshandy?

Here’s what a small business owner had to say about Saleshandy:

“We’ve been using Saleshandy daily for a month and a half now. We’re a small family business and were struggling with our previous software to do cold outreach. The tool works well, and it’s quite intuitive, so it made switching and implementation easy for us”

2. Apollo.io

G2 Rating: 4.7/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting + Lead Enrichment

Apollo.io is best known as a B2B prospecting tool with a massive database of over 210M+ professional contacts and company profiles

It also comes with intent data and lead enrichment, so you can find and qualify prospects faster.

Now, Apollo does offer multi-channel outreach, but here’s the catch — it’s not fully automated.

The tool can guide you on what to do next (like send a cold email on day one, send a LinkedIn request on day two, and make a call on day three), but you’ll still have to do most of it yourself manually.

The only thing it automates well is email.

So, think of Apollo more as a lead generation and enrichment platform with some outreach add-ons, not a full-fledged sales engagement tool.

Let’s look at its key features.

Key Features of Apollo.io

  • Advanced Search Filters: You can use 65+ search filters to find prospects that align with your ICP. Plus, it also supports text-based search, so you can just type in a criterion like “CEOs of logistics companies in California” to find prospects.
  •  Sequence Builder: Apollo.io helps you create multi-step outreach sequences across channels like LinkedIn, cold emailing, and cold calling. It even comes with a call recorder that analyzes sales conversations to give insights into what worked & what didn’t.
  • Prospect Enrichment: Apollo offers CRM, CSV, and customized enrichment features so that your sales team never has to worry about working with outdated information.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About Apollo.io?

Here’s what Prat had to say about Apollo.io:

“Apollo is our go-to platform for lead fulfillment & enrichment. It has wide range of filters on all levels. It also has few AI filters which helps in getting narrower to our ICP. We use apollo for cold calling too.”

To learn more about Prat’s experience, check out thefull review on G2

3. LinkedIn

G2 Rating: 4.3/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting & Limited Outreach

LinkedIn is still the go-to place for B2B prospecting.

It’s the world’s biggest corporate social network where you can search for prospects, check what they’re posting, and even start conversations through direct messages.

Over time, LinkedIn has also expanded beyond networking.

Now with its features like multimedia ads and sponsored content, it’s become a powerful way to reach and engage prospects right where they spend their time.

However, one limitation of LinkedIn is that it doesn’t give you the email address or phone number of your prospects (except in rare cases where they’ve made it public).

Key Features of LinkedIn

  • Sales Navigator: You can use highly targeted filters (industry, job titles, locations, company size, etc) to find relevant prospects for cold email or cold calling campaigns.
  • Intent + Behavioral Data: Not only does LinkedIn keep you updated on your prospects’ activities through its feed, there’s also a high chance that your prospects will themselves post what they’re up to.
And you can use this to create sharper, more personalized pitches for better conversion.
  • LinkedIn Ads: LinkedIn gives you access to multiple methods of outbound channels through which you can connect with prospects. This includes sponsored messages, carousel ads, text ads, and dynamic ads.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About LinkedIn?

Here’s what Vaibhav said about LinkedIn:

“It helps me in finding the right contacts needed for my work activities. It is extremely easy to use, easily integrates with crms, customer support is good enough to reach out, I use it daily in my research activities. One thing to specially mention is it’s wide variety of filters which helps me in reaching out to specific contacts and companies filtering out the non relevant ones.”

4. Wappalyzer

G2 Rating: 4.7/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: SaaS Prospecting Based on Technographics

Wappalyzer is a tech-focused prospecting tool.

Instead of giving you a big contact list, it tells you exactly which technologies a company’s website is built on.

For example, you can enter a prospect’s website URL and instantly see the tools and platforms they’re using.

That way, you will get insights you can use to write your sales pitch.

Plus, while I was testing the Wappalyzer, it was easy to use, worked with almost every site I tried, and delivered detailed results.

The only drawback I found was that its contact data isn’t tied to decision-makers, and you don’t get much clarity on roles or designations.

Key Features of Wappalyzer

  • Full Tech-Stack Breakdown: Once you enter a website, Wappalyzer reveals the static site generator, programming language, ESP, CMS, database, CRM, SEO, and even the authentication tools used by it.
  • Tech-Based Lead Lists: You can also use Wappalyzer to find specific companies that use specific technologies. For example, I was able to find companies that use a combination of Salesforce, Shopify, and AWS for their web stores.
  • Detailed Prospect Data: Wappalyzer also offers the contact numbers, verified email addresses, social media profiles, and a list of employees associated with a given website.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About Wappalyzer?

Here’s what Robin reported about their Wappalyzer experience:

“I love how easy it is to locate and investigate customer tech stacks with Wappalyzer. I mostly utilize Chrome addons to surf the web and locate potential clients swiftly.”

For more context on Robin’s experience, check out thefull review on G2

5. UpLead

G2 Rating: 4.3/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Intent- and Tech-Based Prospecting

UpLead is a prospecting tool that focuses on accuracy.

Its database includes more than 160M contacts and company profiles. While that may look smaller compared to other platforms, the real highlight is UpLead’s 95% data accuracy.

This means fewer bounced emails and more conversations with the right people.

That said, accuracy comes at a price. UpLead’s plans are expensive, and even the paid versions give you only a limited number of search credits.

Let’s take a closer look at what it offers.

Key Features of UpLead

  • Advanced Search Filters: UpLead lets you build highly targeted prospect lists with 50+ advanced search filters. One of its best filters is technographics – a list of 27,000 technologies you can use as filters to find close-fit prospects.
  • Intent Data: You can use UpLead’s Bombora integration to get intent data on your prospects. This includes both behavioral insights and recent company activity.
  • Extensive Integrations: You can connect UpLead with a wide range of CRM platforms through native integrations or custom CRMs through its API key.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About UpLead?

Here’s what a user had to say about UpLead:

“I used them quite a bit to search for contacts and to get and use the contact info like phone numbers and emails. At the time I used it, Uplead was pretty limited as to what it could do. I moved to another service that was similarly priced but much more robust.”

To find out more, check out thefull review on G2

6. Clay

G2 Rating: 4.8/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting + Lead Enrichment

Clay is a data enrichment and B2B prospecting platform.

It helps you turn a basic list of names or URLs into a detailed prospect profile.

If you only have partial information about your prospects, Clay can fill in the gaps with data from different sources.

For example, you can pull intent data from Bombora, email addresses from Saleshandy, or technographic details from UpLead — all within Clay.

That said, Clay isn’t the easiest tool to pick up. The learning curve is steep, and in many cases, teams even bring in a GTM engineer to set it up properly.

So, if you’re just starting out, it makes more sense to go with a traditional B2B database first. But if you’ve tried those and still need a richer context on your leads, Clay can be a powerful addition.

Key Features of Clay

  • CRM Enrichment: Connect your CRM with Clay, and it will automatically replace outdated info, add missing data, and de-duplicate existing records to keep your database as clean as possible.
  • Custom Lead Scoring: You can set up a tailored lead scoring criterion, including technographics, revenue, employee count, or even whether a company has specific departments (like ML experts).
  • Automated Lead List Building: With Clay, you only need to manually prospect one time. Once you’ve built a list based on specific criteria, Clay will automatically build “lookalike” lists with prospects that closely align with your original ICP.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About Clay?

Here’s what Siddhant had to say about Clay:

“Clay is hands-down the most powerful data enrichment and outreach automation platform I’ve used. Its modular, spreadsheet-like interface is intuitive yet incredibly powerful. The learning curve can be steep at first.

While the UI is elegant, understanding how to structure your data and optimize performance takes some trial and error. Also, some APIs have rate limits or costs that need to be monitored, especially when scaling to large datasets.”

7. Lusha

G2 Rating: 4.3/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Intent-Based Prospecting

Lusha is a prospecting tool that works best if your focus is on North America and Europe.

Its database has more than 100M contacts and company profiles, and you also get up to 20 datapoints per lead for better context.

But its outreach features are very limited. While it does offer some enrichment and basic automation, these aren’t strong enough to manage a complete prospecting-to-sales workflow.

That said, if you are mainly looking to find accurate leads in the North American and European regions, then Lusha can be a solid option.

But if you want to database with more global coverage or stronger outreach capabilities, then you should check out these Lusha Alternatives.

Let’s take a closer look at what Lusha offers.

Key Features of Lusha

  • AI Prospecting: Lusha helps you find relevant prospects based on text prompts like, “find founders of SaaS companies in London.”
It also pinpoints the decision-makers in target organizations, so you know who to target through your outreach campaigns.
  • Live Prospecting Lists: Once Lusha has created a list of prospects based on the filters you’ve specified, it keeps updating the list with new prospects that enter the market.
  • Intent & Signals Data: Lusha enables you to identify companies that are most likely to buy your product/service based on their recent activities.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About Lusha?

Here’s what Jithim had to say about Lusha:

“What I like best about Lusha is how easy it is to find contact details with just one click. It’s built right into LinkedIn and works smoothly in the background. Sometimes the contact information isn’t up to date or missing, especially for certain profiles. Also, the credit system can be a bit limiting if you’re doing a lot of outreach.”

To find out more, check out thefull review on G2

8. Cognism

G2 Rating: 4.6/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting in the European Region

Cognism is a sales intelligence platform that provides accurate B2B data for the European market.

Why does it stand out?

Well, it’s pretty popular for its intent and signals data as well as GDPR-verified phone numbers, which makes it a strong choice for sales teams that rely on cold calling.

That said, Cognism has some limitations. Its database is smaller than many competitors, pricing is on the higher side, and it doesn’t come with built-in outreach capabilities.

While it can help you set up multi-channel workflows, you’ll need other tools to actually run them.

Therefore, Cognism is a great tool if you want to generate leads through cold calls in Europe.

But honestly, you should check out these Cognism alternatives because, at the price Cognism is charging you can get much more.

Let’s go through the key reasons why it made my list.

Key Features of Cognism

  • Diamond Data: A database of 10M+ human-verified phone numbers that (Cognism says) leads to 1 conversation for every 8 dials.
It has definitely set the standard for the quality of European direct dials in the B2B data market.
  • Bombora-Powered Intent Data: Cognism offers you access to intent data and signals on your prospects.
You can even create custom feeds that tell you what your priority prospects are up to – job changes, promotions, acquisitions, partnerships, funding, and more.
  • Data Enrichment: Cognism integrates with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, and others to help you keep your CRM clean + updated with GDPR-compliant data.

What Do Real Users Have to Say About Cognism?

Here’s what Andrea said about Cognism on G2:

What I like best about Cognism is the quality and compliance of their data. It’s one of the few platforms that not only provides accurate, up-to-date contact information—including direct dials—but also ensures GDPR and CCPA compliance.

One area that could be improved is the depth of data in certain regions or industries. Occasionally, we notice gaps—especially with niche markets or very recent contacts.”

To find out more about her experience with Cognism, check out thefull review on G2

9. Lemlist

G2 Rating: 4.4/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting + Multichannel Outreach

Lemlist is a prospecting and outreach platform with a large database of 450M+ contacts and 63M+ company profiles.

On top of that, it lets you run multichannel outreach workflows across email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages, making it more than just a data provider.

That said, using Lemlist isn’t always smooth. You can’t search for prospects using simple text queries or keywords, so you have to rely on filters every time — which can feel clunky.

The user interface also leaves a lot to be desired.

Moreover, when compared to other tools on my list, Lemlist’s UI is one of the hardest ones to get used to.

Let’s look at its key features.

Key Features of Lemlist

  • Advanced Prospecting Filters: You can use a range of 30+ advanced filters (firmographic, demographic, and intent) to create highly targeted prospect lists.
  • Multichannel Workflows: lemlist helps you create detailed sales workflows with native cold email outreach and built-in calling options.
Lemlist also offers a wide range of features such as inbox rotation and email warmup to ensure that your emails land in inboxes.
  • AI Personalization: One of the best things about lemlist is that you can use its AI to filter prospects through custom criteria, craft personalized cold emails, and even clone your voice for LinkedIn voice messages!

What do Real Users Have to Say About Lemlist?

Here’s what Sebastian had to say about Lemlist:

“Very smooth and easy to set up. I had no issues connecting it and it works much better compared to other tools I tested where some basic functions were missing. Lemlist is slow, which can get annoying. This might be normal for data heavy software, but it still affects daily work. If you are testing lemlist, be sure to test it very in detail to see if it really works in your use case.”

To learn more about how Lemlist works, check out thefull review on G2

10. ZoomInfo

G2 Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Intent-based Prospecting

ZoomInfo is a go-to-market intelligence platform.

You can use it to find prospects, build out your pipeline, hand off tasks to SDRs, and even make calls straight from the tool with its native dialer.

On top of that, it comes with a big database — more than 200M contacts and 34M company profiles.

But here is the catch!. ZoomInfo is expensive.

Contracts usually start around $15,000 a year, and once you sign up, you’re locked into long-term deals.

For big enterprises, that might not be a problem. But for SMBs, startups, or solo founders, it’s often overkill.

So before you commit, I’d recommend looking at alternatives. You can often get the same prospecting and workflow features for a fraction of the price, without being tied down to a heavy contract.

Key Features of ZoomInfo

  • Targeted Prospecting: ZoomInfo offers you data points on 300 company attributes, including funding info, latest news, industry, job changes, and more. It even tells you whether a prospect is searching for your competitors on G2!
  • ZoomInfo Copilot: Through this feature, you can generate quick summaries of past meetings, deal history, and account data to help your sales reps prepare personalized pitches that align with your prospects’ buying journeys.
  • Predictive Modeling: ZoomInfo analyzes your existing CRM data to identify common attributes of the deals you’ve won and lost. Based on this, it suggests winning ICPs that you can use to increase your conversion rate.

What do Real Users Have to Say About ZoomInfo?

Here’s what Diana had to say about her ZoomInfo experience:

“What I value most is how easy it is for me to identify and connect with quality potential clients. Sometimes I would like the contact information to be updated faster, as in some cases, the data may not be up to date. I also think the interface could be a bit more intuitive for new users, although once you get used to it, it is very efficient.”

11. HubSpot Sales Hub CRM

G2 Rating: 4.4/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Tracking Website Visitors + Automating Outreach

Sales Hub is HubSpot’s AI-powered sales platform, built on top of its Smart CRM.

Unlike most B2B prospecting tools, it doesn’t give you a database of contacts. Instead, it helps you make the most of the leads and traffic you already attract through your sales and marketing efforts.

That makes it a very different type of “prospecting tool.” It’s more about tracking inbound interest and identifying buyers who are already in the market, rather than finding new ones for outbound.

The challenge, though, is pricing. Sales Hub is one of the most expensive options out there, with plans starting at more than $66,000 a year.

And even at that price, you don’t get an inbuilt B2B database for outbound campaigns.

Therefore, Sales Hub is best suited for large enterprises that want to double down on inbound prospecting. For smaller teams or anyone looking to run outbound campaigns, it’s not the right fit.

Let’s look at what it actually offers.

Key Features of SalesHub

  • Sales Pipeline Builder: This is the most important feature of Sales Hub. You can use it to create end-to-end sales pipelines by creating tasks for your sales reps, crafting personalized sales sequences, and measuring performance with AI-powered analytics.
  • Sales Intelligence: Once you’ve added a prospect to SalesHub, it gives your reps insights such as recent website visits, publicly available company information, and deal history.
  • Native Dialer: Sales Hub helps you place, record, transcribe, and analyze your sales calls. You can also add notes or relevant records that your sales team can use to drive deals forward.

What do Real Users Have to Say About SalesHub CRM?

Here’s what Margaret had to say about Sales Hub:

“The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to manage campaigns, track leads, and automate workflows. While HubSpot offers a free tier, its paid plans can become quite expensive as you scale, especially when adding premium features or increasing contacts.  Compared to other CRM and marketing automation tools, HubSpot can be restrictive in terms of customization.”

12. Salesforce CRM

G2 Rating: 4.4/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting + Initial Outreach

Salesforce is one of the most well-known CRM platforms in the world. While it doesn’t come with its own B2B database, it does help you manage and scale outreach for the prospect lists you already have.

I really like how robust its automation features are. You can:

  • Set up workflows.
  • Streamline follow-ups.
  • Make sure your sales team stays on top of every lead.

That said, Salesforce can be tricky to learn. It offers too many products and features under one platform, which may take time to figure out which ones you actually need and how to use them well.

Key Features of Salesforce CRM

  • Einstein AI: This is Salesforce’s native AI solution. You can use it to automate drafting outreach emails for initial outreach, summarizing sales calls, and getting insights into deal risks.
  • Multichannel Outreach: You can send SMS and email messages to your prospects directly through Salesforce.
Plus, you can also deploy it as a chatbot on your website or mobile app to capture inbound leads.
  • Unified Customer Profiles: Salesforce’s Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud help you create detailed customer profiles so that your SDRs can create tailored campaigns to boost conversion rates.

What do Real Users Have to Say About Salesforce CRM?

Here’s what Laurian said about Salesforce CRM:

“For our business, it works the best, it’s pretty scalable, the integration works the best with other platforms. We’re happy with the reporting we’re able to get with it, it helps us manage our pipeline relatively seamlessly. It takes a lot of training to understand it, and you have to train sales and CS teams consistently.”

Check out thefull review on G2 to find out more about Laurian’s experience.

13. 6Sense

G2 Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting + Sales Automation

6sense is a revenue intelligence platform that helps you go beyond just finding prospects.

It has a huge database of over 440M contacts and 65M company profiles.

That said, 6sense isn’t the easiest tool to master. Many teams need technical support to set it up and get full value from its features.

I’ve also seen quite a few user reviews mentioning that the “in-market” data can sometimes be outdated, which can be frustrating.

On top of that, pricing starts at around $10,000 a year, so it’s not a light investment.

The smart move here is to take a demo, check how it fits into your workflow, and go through user reviews before signing anything long-term.

Let’s take a closer look at what 6sense brings to the table.

Key Features of 6Sense

  • Advanced Search Filters: You get access to an expansive range of filters (firmographic, demographic, intent, and technographic) to find relevant prospects.
  • AI Email Agents: 6Sense’s  AI goes beyond just drafting emails – it also sends, analyzes, and replies to marketing emails.
You can even train it to adapt your company’s brand voice so that it engages with prospects just like you would!
  • Website-based Prospecting: One of the best things about 6Sense is that it identifies anonymous website visitors and enriches partially filled forms to help you convert traffic into prospects.

What do Real Users Have to Say About 6Sense?

Here’s what Eric said about 6Sense:

“It has most numbers for the prospects i go after. It also flags in‑market intent so I know who to call first. That said, in my segment the info was outdated more often than not.

I frequently hit stale titles, departed contacts, or reassigned direct dials—especially at fast‑growing companies. Even intent signals sometimes lagged, so “in‑market” accounts had cooled by the time I reached out.”

To learn more about Eric’s experience, check out thefull review on G2

14. Zoho CRM

G2 Rating: 4.1/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Inbound Prospecting + Sales Automation

Zoho is a well-known CRM that helps you capture inbound leads and set up outreach sequences. You can use it to chat with website visitors, track social media interactions, and send leads straight to your SDRs.

The catch is, Zoho doesn’t come with its own B2B database. So instead of finding new contacts, it’s better to manage and convert the leads you already have.

For small businesses and startups, Zoho can be a great pick because it gives you plenty of features at a price that’s easier on the budget. The flip side is that it takes some time to learn.

With so many tools packed in, you’ll need to figure out what works best for your team.

Key Features of Zoho CRM

  • Multi-Source Lead Capture: You can use Zoho’s website form filler, AI chatbots, and social media lead identifier to identify prospects and assign them to your sales and marketing teams for nurturing.
  • Sales Automation: Zoho’s AI capabilities help you score leads based on their profile & recent behavior, personalized emails through merge fields, and create trigger-based sales sequences.
  • Visual, No-Code Workflows: The best thing about Zoho is definitely its customization. It gives complete freedom to customize Zoho to align with your brand identity without writing a single line of code.

What do Real Users Have to Say About Zoho CRM?

Here’s what Aanya had to say about Zoho:

“What I really like about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to use and how it helps keep everything in one place. It makes managing leads, follow-ups, and customer conversations feel more organized without being overwhelming.”

To find out more about her Zoho experience, check out thefull review on G2

15. Pipedrive

G2 Rating: 4.3/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Prospecting + Outreach

Alright, next up is Pipedrive.

It is a sales CRM that enables you to manage your customers and provides a built-in B2B database, as well as email outreach features.

In fact, it’s the only tool on this list that offers all three — prospecting, outreach, and CRM.

That’s pretty handy if you don’t want to keep switching between different tools just to manage your pipeline.

But it has a drawback! Its outreach features feel a bit basic. If you’re serious about running cold email campaigns at scale, you’ll probably still need to invest in a third-party outreach tool.

Here’s a quick rundown of its best features:

Key Features of Pipedrive

  • Lead Booster: Apart from a B2B database of 400M+ professional contacts and 10M+ company profiles, Pipedrive’s Lead Booster add-on helps you integrate chatbots and website forms for both inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Sales Workflow Builder: You can create visual sales pipelines for each and every prospect in your database. On top of this, you can assign manual tasks to sales reps and set up trigger-based sales sequences to engage prospects.
  • Cold Email Outreach: Lastly, Pipedrive also offers limited native email outreach capabilities. It uses AI to draft personalized emails for specific prospects or send mass emails to a group of prospects.

What do Real Users Have to Say About Pipedrive?

Here’s what Ikae said about Pipedrive:

“I like how user-friendly Pipedrive is, even for people who aren’t tech experts. The visual sales pipeline helps me see exactly where each deal stands at a glance, and the customizable stages mean I can adapt it to fit different workflows. The reporting features could be more robust out of the box , sometimes I need to export data to get deeper insights.”

16. Instantly.ai

G2 Rating: 4.4/5 ⭐️

What You Can Use it For: Finding Prospects + Cold Email Outreach

Last on my list is Instantly.ai — a tool that packs a CRM, a B2B database, and cold outreach into one platform.

On top of that, it also gives you website visitor tracking and data enrichment, so you get more context on who’s actually engaging with your business.

The catch is that the pricing isn’t all-in-one because you have to pay separately for outreach, lead generation, and CRM features! And it can add up quickly.

Moreover, it provides fewer credits in its lead generation pricing plan, so you might feel restricted if you’re running larger campaigns.

Overall, Instantly.ai is a solid tool if you want everything under one roof, but its outreach features still have room for improvement.

Let’s take a closer look at what it offers for sales prospecting.

Key Features of Instantly.ai

  • B2B Database: Instantly.ai’s B2B database contains 450M+ professional contacts and company profiles that you can use to find leads based on keywords, filters, and past ICPs.
  • Cold Email Outreach: You can send cold emails through an unlimited number of accounts – but Instantly.ai also offers features like email warmup and deliverability testing, to ensure that your emails land in inboxes.
  • AI Copilot: You can prompt Instantly.ai’s Copilot to create ICPs, generate entire sales campaigns, get outreach ideas, summarize analytics, and even run audits of your workspace!

What do Real Users Have to Say About Instantly.ai?

Here’s what Abby said about Instantly.ai:

“When it’s working (which doesn’t seem often), it’s a great platform to send cold emails. Their warm-up process seems to keep the emails out of spam. I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time.”
