How can you set up email infra inside Saleshandy?
1. Log in to your Saleshandy account. Navigate to the Email Accounts Tab in the navigation bar on the left.
2. Click on Create New Email Infrastructure. Creating sending infra with Saleshandy comes with added benefits:
- We set up your accounts

3. Once you click on it, you get to choose your preferred email providers with which you want to buy email accounts.

4. After choosing an email provider, enter your desired domain name. Based on availability, you will see the same domain or a list of available domain names similar to what you prefer. Click on add to cart for the one/s you choose.

Your selected domains will be shown in the cart at the bottom of the screen with the total cost per year. You can click on it to review the list of your selected domains with their pricing.

Note: Each domain costs $14/year. Now click on Next
5. Once you have selected the domains, you are directed to set up your forwarding domain. The forwarding domain can also be edited later.

6. After setting up the forwarding domain, you are directed to the Create Email Accounts section.
The mailboxes are auto-generated, but you can now customize them before purchase.
To customize your mailboxes: Fill in the information First Name, last name, and Email Address.
Once you do that, you can select the domain you want to customize from the @All domains dropdown. You can select multiple domains from the dropdown if you want to keep the information the same for all.

Once done, add the profile image to be shown for email accounts and click on Add.
You can also add the same profile picture for all the email accounts by clicking on the Upload profile picture below the customization section.
The image should not be more than 1 MB

The system will auto-generate email accounts with your customizations. You can choose your preferred email accounts from the list.

Note: Each email account will cost you $4/mo. In Saleshandy you will be charged per quarter for email accounts. So if you choose to buy 5 email accounts, you will be charged $60/quarter.
7. After choosing your Domains and Email accounts, click on Next and you will be directed to the contact details tab where you need to fill in details for billing purposes.
Remember to review your cart before making the payment from the cart. You will see the total pricing of the mailboxes (billed per quarter) and the domains (billed annually) with a detailed breakdown. Check carefully and click on Continue to Payment. On the next pop-up, make the payment.
Now you can see all the newly generated email accounts for the domain/s you have purchased.
Once purchased, all email accounts will be automatically connected to Saleshandy and TrulyInbox.
