Both features are simple to use and work well for organizing prospects. However, I noticed that Lusha’s AI sometimes struggles with near-search accuracy.
For example, when I searched for “CMOs of shipping companies in the US”, I only got 1 result.
But changing the query to “CMOs of logistics companies in the US” brought back 24 results, which still feels low for such a broad ICP.
My verdict: Handy AI features for quick, organized prospecting, but the smaller database and limited NLP accuracy can make results less consistent.
