Limitations
There are two primary volume-based drawbacks of the Growth plan:
- You can only upload up to 1,000 contacts across all of your campaigns. I believe that this can be restrictive for any large-scale outreach.
- The plan restricts your sending limit to only 5,000 emails per month. In my experience, this will limit your number of follow-ups and new connections.
- Instantly’s centralized master inbox, called ‘Unibox’, is not included in this plan. This is not ideal, as I have found Unibox to be an important feature.
- I found no feature in this plan that allows team invites. This can create issues for co-working outreach projects.
- The Outreach Growth plan does not support any API/Webhook integrations.
Additionally, since this is a base-level plan, the Growth plan lacks multiple advanced features, which are important here as well.
